Visão geral da posição: Nosso cliente está estruturando o time comercial do zero, com um modelo home office de atendimento: o bot do Lero faz a primeira triagem automática, e o SDR humano assume os leads que o bot não consegue qualificar sozinho, aplica o critério de viabilidade e decide o que segue para o closer.

Como funciona o dia a dia: o lead chega pelo anúncio, o bot pergunta o essencial (benefício de interesse, dados básicos) e, quando o caso exige julgamento, transfere para você. Você aplica o roteiro de qualificação, confirma os critérios do benefício, decide se o lead segue, e registra tudo no Advbox antes de passar ao closer.

Responsabilidades

  • Monitorar a fila de atendimento do Lero e assumir as conversas que o bot sinalizar ou que exigirem julgamento humano.
  • Aplicar o roteiro de qualificação por benefício (salário-maternidade, auxílio-acidente, BPC idoso e BPC deficiente) para checar a viabilidade inicial.
  • Corrigir respostas do bot quando ele qualificar errado, e sugerir ajustes no fluxo e nos scripts do Lero.
  • Classificar e etiquetar cada lead (qualificado, dúvida, inviável) e registrar tudo no Advbox no mesmo dia.
  • Passar ao closer, dentro do prazo combinado, apenas os leads qualificados, com o resumo do caso já preenchido.
  • Descartar com transparência os leads inviáveis, sem criar falsa expectativa.
  • Acompanhar a taxa de aproveitamento dos leads que passou (quantos o closer aceitou) e ajustar o critério quando necessário.
  • Participar da reunião semanal de resultados e sugerir melhorias no funil e no bot.

Requisitos Obrigatórios:

  • CNPJ ativo (MEI, ME ou Simples Nacional) com atividade compatível para emitir nota fiscal de prestação de serviços.
  • Ensino médio completo;
  • Experiência atendendo o público das classes C, D e E, incluindo idosos e pessoas com baixa familiaridade digital, com paciência para repetir e simplificar explicações;
  • Conforto com ferramentas de IA e disposição para revisar e corrigir respostas automáticas.
  • Experiência em pré-vendas, SDR, telemarketing ou atendimento com leads de tráfego pago de alto volume.

Requisitos Desejáveis:

  • Ensino superior cursando ou concluído em Direito, Administração, Marketing ou áreas afins.
  • Já ter trabalhado com chatbot, atendimento automatizado ou ferramentas de IA no funil comercial.
  • Noções de métricas de funil (taxa de qualificação, taxa de aproveitamento, tempo de resposta).
  • Experiência com Advbox (CRM)
  • Conhecimento na ferramenta Lero
  • Mínimo de 6 meses em atendimento previdenciário ou em benefícios do INSS (escritório de advocacia, despachante previdenciário, correspondente bancário ou similar).
