Responsabilidades:

  • Projetar, implementar e gerenciar soluções de observabilidade para monitorar a saúde e o desempenho de nossos sistemas e aplicativos.
  • Crie e gerencie painéis, alertas e relatórios para fornecer informações práticas sobre o comportamento e o desempenho do sistema.
  • Utilize ferramentas como Dynatrace (preferencialmente), Datadog, Grafana ou PRTG, ou similares, para construir plataformas de observabilidade abrangentes.
  • Solucionar e resolver problemas de produção relacionados à observabilidade e ao monitoramento.
  • Desenvolver e manter a documentação para soluções de observabilidade, incluindo melhores práticas e padrões.
  • Colaborar com as equipes de desenvolvimento e operações para garantir a integração perfeita das práticas de observabilidade no pipeline de CI/CD.
  • Interaja com as equipes internas para promover as melhores práticas de observabilidade e garantir a adoção consistente em toda a organização.
  • Avaliar e implementar continuamente novas ferramentas e tecnologias de observabilidade para aprimorar as capacidades de monitoramento e alerta.
  • Oferecer mentoria e orientação a engenheiros juniores sobre as melhores práticas e ferramentas de observabilidade.

Requisitos Obrigatórios:

  • Formação acadêmica completa: Bacharelado ou mestrado em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia ou área relacionada (ou experiência equivalente).
  • Experiência: Mínimo de 3 anos em observabilidade moderna, com foco em tecnologias de nuvem e ferramentas de automação.
  • Experiência como Engenheiro Sênior de Observabilidade
  • Experiência comprovada em projetar e implementar soluções de observabilidade usando padrões abertos.
  • Proficiência em ferramentas de observabilidade como Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana e/ou PRTG.
  • Sólido conhecimento de hipervisores em nuvem, especificamente Azure.
  • Experiência prévia em desenvolvimento de software é altamente valorizada.
  • Experiência com outras ferramentas de monitoramento e observabilidade.
  • Conhecimento de plataformas e serviços adicionais em nuvem.
  • Familiaridade com práticas e ferramentas de DevOps.
  • Compreensão das melhores práticas de segurança e como elas se aplicam à observabilidade.
  • Capacidade comprovada de trabalhar de forma independente e em equipe.
  • Atenção aos detalhes e compromisso com a qualidade.
  • Excelentes habilidades de resolução de problemas e capacidade de solucionar problemas complexos.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e colaboração, com comprovada capacidade de trabalhar eficazmente em equipe.
  • Capacidade de aprender e se adaptar rapidamente a novas tecnologias e metodologias.
