Nosso cliente: Empresa privada de grande porte (Grupo de Comunicação)

Missão do cargo: Atuar como pedagoga formadora nos projetos educacionais do A TARDE Educação, contribuindo para a concepção, execução e qualificação de processos de formação continuada de professores, produção de conteúdos educacionais e desenvolvimento de ações pedagógicas presenciais e digitais, assegurando coerência metodológica, qualidade formativa e alinhamento institucional.

Tipo de contratação: PJ Modelo de trabalho: Presencial, com disponibilidade para viagens

Responsabilidades:

  • Elaborar, atualizar e executar planos de formação continuada, cronogramas pedagógicos e trilhas formativas;
  • Ministrar e/ou apoiar formações presenciais e digitais para professores e educadores;
  • Articular formações conforme demandas específicas dos territórios e projetos;
  • Apoiar processos de avaliação das formações realizadas;
  • Produzir materiais pedagógicos, como roteiros, guias, e-books, minicursos e
  • Atualizar e organizar conteúdos no Ambiente Virtual de Aprendizagem (AVA);
  • Apoiar a curadoria e sistematização de materiais digitais pedagógicos;
  • Revisar, validar e orientar conteúdos educativos institucionais.
  • Participar de gravações de vídeos, lives, webinars e conteúdos formativos digitais;
  • Apoiar a organização pedagógica de eventos educacionais, encontros de educação e ações institucionais;
  • Contribuir com briefing pedagógico para campanhas, materiais gráficos e conteúdos de redes sociais.
  • Acompanhar a execução pedagógica dos projetos nos municípios;
  • Dialogar com secretarias municipais e estaduais de educação e parceiros institucionais;
  • Sistematizar relatórios pedagógicos e apoiar a prestação de contas dos projetos;
  • Representar a área pedagógica em reuniões externas, quando necessário.

Requisitos Obrigatórios:

  • Formação superior completa em Pedagogia;
  • Mestrado e/ou doutorado em Educação, Educação Ambiental, Sustentabilidade, Ensino de Ciências ou áreas correlatas.
  • Vivência comprovada em processos de formação continuada de professores, condução de oficinas e/ou projetos educacionais;
  • Disponibilidade para viagens, deslocamentos e agendas externas (requisito imprescindível);
  • Organização, autonomia e capacidade de trabalho colaborativo;
  • Compromisso ético, responsabilidade institucional e alinhamento aos valores da empresa
