Buscamos um(a) profissional capaz de compreender os desafios do cliente, conduzir processos de Discovery, identificar oportunidades de inovação e transformar necessidades de negócio em soluções digitais de alto valor.

Esperamos um Product Owner com visão consultiva, forte experiência em relacionamento com clientes, levantamento de requisitos, análise de processos e gestão de produtos, que consiga conectar negócio, tecnologia e estratégia para liderar iniciativas de transformação digital em ambientes industriais.

Sua experiência em metodologias ágeis, gestão de backlog, análise de dados, soluções SCADA e integração de sistemas será fundamental para impulsionar projetos inovadores, promovendo eficiência operacional e geração de valor para os clientes

Responsabilidades:

  • Liderar produtos e projetos P&D estratégicos de alta complexidade, assegurando a entrega de valor ao cliente e aos objetivos do negócio.
  • Mapear jornadas, processos de negócio e oportunidades de melhoria, traduzindo desafios em soluções de produto.
  • Levantar, analisar, documentar, validar e refinar requisitos funcionais e de negócio, garantindo clareza e rastreabilidade das demandas.
  • Atuar como principal interface entre clientes, áreas de negócio e equipes técnicas durante todo o ciclo do produto.
  • Gerenciar backlog e priorização das demandas, equilibrando valor de negócio, esforço técnico e objetivos estratégicos.
  • Escrever histórias de usuário e critérios de aceite, garantindo qualidade na especificação das funcionalidades. Validar funcionalidades junto aos usuários, conduzir homologações e apoiar implantações.
  • Planejar e conduzir cerimônias ágeis, acompanhando a evolução das sprints e apoiando a remoção de impedimentos.
  • Coordenar squads multidisciplinares, promovendo alinhamento entre escopo, prazo, qualidade e entrega de valor.
  • Atuar em iniciativas de transformação digital voltadas para ambientes industriais e manufatura.
  • Contribuir para projetos envolvendo integração de sistemas industriais, plataformas digitais, soluções SCADA e iniciativas orientadas por dados.

Requisitos Obrigatórios:

  • Ensino Superior completo em Tecnologia da Informação, Engenharia, Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação, Administração ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência mínima de 5 anos atuando como Product Owner ou Product Manager relacionadas à gestão de produtos de tecnologia
  • Experiência em Product Discovery, levantamento, análise e refinamento de requisitos de negócio e funcionais.
  • Experiência na gestão de backlog, roadmap, priorização de demandas, elaboração de histórias de usuário e definição de critérios de aceite.
  • Vivência na condução de workshops, reuniões de descoberta, alinhamento com clientes e gestão de stakeholders.
  • Experiência atuando com equipes multidisciplinares em ambientes ágeis.
  • Vivência em projetos de transformação digital para ambientes industriais, envolvendo análise de dados, IIoT.

Conhecimentos técnicos

  • Domínio das metodologias ágeis, especialmente Scrum.
  • Experiência prática com Jira para gestão de backlog, planejamento de sprints e acompanhamento das entregas.
  • Conhecimento de processos industriais, Indústria 4.0, manufatura inteligente e integração de sistemas.
  • Conhecimento em soluções de IoT Industrial (IIoT), sistemas SCADA e plataformas orientadas à análise de dados.
  • Capacidade de compreender processos operacionais e traduzi-los em requisitos de negócio e funcionalidades para produtos digitais.
  • Excelente comunicação, capacidade analítica, visão de negócio, negociação e gestão de prioridades.

Requisitos Desejáveis

  • Experiência prévia como Scrum Master ou em papéis de liderança ágil.
  • Certificações em Product Management e Métodos Ágeis (CSPO, PSPO, PSM, CSM) e/ou Gestão de Projetos (PMP ou correlatas).
  • Pós-graduação em Gestão de Produtos, Gestão de Projetos, Transformação Digital ou áreas correlatas.
  • Vivência em projetos de transformação digital para a indústria, Indústria 4.0 e manufatura inteligente.
  • Experiência em projetos de manufatura eletrônica (EMS – Electronic Manufacturing Services).
  • Conhecimento de Inteligência Artificial aplicada à indústria, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma e metodologias de melhoria contínua.
  • Participação em projetos de Pesquisa, Desenvolvimento e Inovação (P,D&I).
