Sobre a posição:

Estamos à procura de um(a) Desenvolvedor(a) Full Stack Sênior para integrar uma equipa altamente colaborativa e contribuir para a construção e evolução de plataformas de grande escala e elevada complexidade. Procuramos um profissional com forte capacidade técnica, perfil hands-on, mentalidade de crescimento contínuo e interesse em tecnologias modernas, especialmente Inteligência Artificial.

Esta posição terá papel fundamental na definição de soluções, evolução da arquitetura de software e desenvolvimento de aplicações críticas para o negócio.

Perfil ideal: O profissional ideal é um Desenvolvedor Full Stack Sênior com forte domínio de C#, .NET, APIs e Angular, experiência em arquiteturas modernas de software, conhecimento sólido de banco de dados SQL Server e interesse genuíno por Inteligência Artificial aplicada a produtos e processos. Experiência com Azure, Kubernetes, containers e práticas DevOps será considerada um importante diferencial para acelerar a adaptação e geração de valor dentro da equipa.

Responsabilidades:

  • Desenvolver e manter aplicações corporativas de grande porte.
  • Participar da definição e evolução da arquitetura de software.
  • Criar APIs robustas, escaláveis e seguras.
  • Atuar em todo o ciclo de desenvolvimento, desde a conceção até à implementação e sustentação das soluções.
  • Colaborar com equipas multidisciplinares em ambiente ágil.
  • Garantir qualidade, performance e escalabilidade das aplicações.
  • Contribuir com boas práticas de desenvolvimento, design patterns e arquitetura.
  • Participar da adoção e implementação de soluções baseadas em Inteligência Artificial.

Requisitos Obrigatórios:

  • Sólida experiência como Desenvolvedor Full Stack Sênior, mínimo de 3 anos, com capacidade de atuar desde o backend até ao frontend;
  • Forte experiência com: C#;
  • Forte experiência com: .NET / .NET Core;
  • Forte experiência com: Desenvolvimento de APIs REST;
  • Forte experiência com: Angular;
  • Experiência na construção de aplicações corporativas de média e grande complexidade;
  • Conhecimento avançado em arquitetura de software;
  • Experiência com princípios SOLID, Clean Architecture, DDD e Design Patterns;
  • Experiência em modelagem de dados;
  • Domínio de SQL Server ou outros bancos de dados relacionais;
  • Sólida experiência em Stored Procedures, Functions e Triggers no SQL Server;
  • Conhecimento em otimização de consultas e modelagem para ambientes escaláveis;
  • Vivência em ambientes ágeis utilizando Scrum e Kanban;
  • Boas práticas de desenvolvimento colaborativo;
  • Desenvolvimento de queries complexas, otimização de consultas e indexação de banco de dados;

Requisitos Desejáveis:

  • Construção de soluções com Inteligência Artificial Generativa;
  • Desenvolvimento de aplicações utilizando LLMs;
  • Agentic AI;
  • SDT/SDLC apoiado por IA;
  • Integração de modelos de IA em aplicações corporativas;
  • Criação de fluxos inteligentes e automações avançadas;
  • Uso de ferramentas de IA além da simples geração de código;
