Visão geral da posição: Buscamos um Engenheiro de Automação propositivo, proativo, criativo e pragmático, para desenvolver soluções tecnológicas voltadas à modernização de processos industriais, integração de sistemas e implementação de máquinas e equipamentos automatizados. A atuação conecta engenharia mecânica, elétrica, eletrônica, automação e software, com participação em projetos de Pesquisa, Desenvolvimento e Inovação (P,D&I;).

O perfil que buscamos: Profissional com visão sistêmica e experiência prática de chão de fábrica, capaz de combinar diferentes disciplinas da engenharia. Esperamos autonomia técnica, comunicação clara com operadores e lideranças, curiosidade por novas tecnologias e capacidade de acompanhar soluções desde a concepção até a entrega.

O desafio: Compreender os processos produtivos dos clientes, identificar oportunidades de melhoria e conceber soluções completas de automação — do levantamento de requisitos e da arquitetura técnica à integração, ao comissionamento e à validação em ambiente industrial.

Responsabilidades:

  • Visitar ambientes industriais, mapear processos, levantar requisitos e identificar gargalos, riscos e oportunidades de automação.
  • Conceber arquiteturas de soluções e comparar alternativas técnicas quanto à viabilidade, integração, custo, segurança e manutenção.
  • Desenvolver projetos de máquinas especiais, células robotizadas e linhas de produção, integrando sistemas mecânicos, elétricos, pneumáticos, hidráulicos e de controle.
  • Especificar e integrar CLPs, sensoriamento, atuadores, redes industriais e sistemas de supervisão.
  • Avaliar novas tecnologias, fornecedores e equipamentos, além de apoiar propostas técnicas, estimativas de investimento e projetos de P,D&I.;
  • Participar de provas de conceito, ensaios, FAT, SAT, comissionamento e estabilização de sistemas automatizados.
  • Elaborar especificações funcionais, documentação técnica, análise de riscos e critérios de aceitação.
  • Atuar com equipes multidisciplinares e representar tecnicamente a empresa perante clientes, parceiros e fornecedores.
  • Aplicar boas práticas de segurança de máquinas, especialmente a NR-12, e melhoria contínua orientada por resultados.

Requisitos Obrigatórios:

  • Graduação em Engenharia Mecânica, Controle e Automação, Mecatrônica, Elétrica ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência em ambientes industriais, processos de manufatura e desenvolvimento ou integração de máquinas e sistemas automatizados. (Chão de fábrica).
  • Experiência com automação de máquinas;
  • Conhecimentos de CLPs, instrumentação, sensores, atuadores e integração de sistemas industriais.
  • Capacidade de interpretar projetos mecânicos e elétricos e especificações técnicas.
  • Vivência com levantamento de requisitos, documentação técnica, avaliação de fornecedores e acompanhamento de projetos.
  • Conhecimento de segurança de máquinas e disponibilidade para visitas técnicas a clientes.
  • 5 anos de experiência como Engenheiro de Automação.
  • Profissional proativo e criativo.
  • Boa comunicação.

Requisitos Desejáveis

  • Pós-graduação em Automação e Controle de Processos Industriais e experiência em projetos de P,D&I.
  • Conhecimento de Siemens TIA Portal, Profinet, Modbus, SCADA e aplicações de IIoT.
  • Vivência em robótica industrial (SCARA, cartesianos e seis eixos), visão computacional e inteligência artificial aplicada à inspeção.
  • Conhecimentos de Python, JavaScript/TypeScript e ferramentas CAD (AutoCAD, SolidWorks e Solid Edge).
  • Experiência em manufatura automotiva ou eletrônica e em integração de sistemas de produção.
  • Conhecimento de Lean Manufacturing, TPM, RCM, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA e Six Sigma.
