Sobre a posição: Estamos em busca de um Head de Cybersegurança (Blue Team) para liderar a criação e reestruturação do setor de defesa cibernética da empresa. O profissional será responsável por coordenar equipe, implementar políticas e ferramentas de segurança, além de atuar estrategicamente na proteção contra ameaças digitais. Procuramos alguém com sólida experiência na área, perfil de liderança, proatividade e visão estratégica para garantir a segurança e continuidade dos negócios.

Oportunidade híbrida e CLT

Responsabilidades:

  • Estruturar e liderar o setor de Blue Team dentro da organização;
  • Definir estratégias de defesa cibernética e resposta a incidentes;
  • Coordenar equipe técnica e garantir alinhamento com objetivos estratégicos;
  • Implementar políticas, processos e ferramentas de segurança;
  • Atuar como ponto focal em auditorias e compliance de segurança;
  • Gerir budget da área de segurança e otimizar investimentos em tecnologia;
  • Reportar métricas e resultados diretamente à diretoria;
  • Definir roadmap estratégico de segurança e indicadores de performance (KPIs);

Requisitos Obrigatórios:

  • Experiência mínima de 3 anos como Head de Cibersegurança, com liderança comprovada de equipes de segurança;
  • Conhecimento avançado em defesa cibernética (Blue Team);
  • Domínio em SIEM, SOAR, IDS/IPS, firewalls e ferramentas de monitoramento;
  • Experiência em resposta a incidentes e gestão de crises
  • Certificações como CISSP, CISM, CEH, ou equivalentes;
  • Vivência em gestão de budget e interação com auditorias externas;

Requisitos Desejáveis:

  • Experiência em criação/reestruturação de áreas de segurança;
  • Conhecimento em frameworks de segurança (NIST, ISO 27001, MITRE ATT&CK);
  • Inglês avançado para leitura e comunicação técnica;
  • Experiência em gestão de fornecedores e parceiros de segurança;
  • Experiência em cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) e Zero Trust Architecture;
