Nosso cliente está em busca de um SysAdmin para atuar na manutenção e administração de servidores em ambiente Linux. O profissional também será responsável pela instalação e configuração de bancos de dados, incluindo Oracle, garantindo a estabilidade, segurança e alta disponibilidade dos sistemas, assumindo um papel de DBA.

Responsabilidades:

  • Administrar e manter servidores Linux em ambientes críticos e de alta disponibilidade;
  • Administrar ambientes virtualizados utilizando tecnologias como KVM, Proxmox e VMware;
  • Realizar diagnósticos, análise e ajuste de desempenho de servidores, virtualização, storage e sistemas;
  • Instalar, configurar e gerenciar bancos de dados Oracle;
  • Garantir políticas de segurança, backup, recuperação e continuidade dos ambientes;
  • Monitorar logs, executar atualizações, aplicar patches e corrigir vulnerabilidades;
  • Administrar e configurar soluções de armazenamento, incluindo EMC VNX e HP 3PAR;
  • Apoiar o planejamento e implementação de benchmarks, testes de desempenho, capacity planning e blueprints de infraestrutura;
  • Atuar na identificação e solução de problemas relacionados à infraestrutura, realizando troubleshooting de forma estruturada;
  • Desenvolver e manter rotinas de automação utilizando scripts e ferramentas de gerenciamento;
  • Prestar suporte remoto e atuar em conjunto com equipes de desenvolvimento, banco de dados, redes e demais áreas de infraestrutura;
  • Avaliar e utilizar ferramentas de IA e agentes para automação, diagnóstico, observabilidade e otimização de atividades operacionais.

Requisitos Obrigatórios

  • Experiência comprovada em administração de servidores Linux (5+ anos);
  • Experiência em administração de ambientes virtualizados (máquinas virtuais, hypervisors e
  • infraestrutura virtualizada), preferencialmente com KVM, Proxmox e/ou VMware;
  • Experiência em instalação, configuração e manutenção de bancos de dados Oracle (5+ anos);
  • Experiência com troubleshooting, análise de logs e monitoramento de servidores e infraestrutura;
  • Conhecimento em rotinas de backup, restore, segurança e recuperação de ambientes;
  • Experiência em storage e conceitos de SAN, volumes, LUNs e multipath;
  • Experiência ou interesse no uso de IA generativa e agentes de IA aplicados à administração e automação de infraestrutura;
  • Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e comunicar problemas técnicos de forma clara e objetiva;
  • Vivência em ambientes de alta disponibilidade e clusterização;
  • Inglês intermediário para leitura, escrita e conversação;
  • Superior completo na área de Tecnologia da Informação, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Software ou correlatas;
  • Experiência como System Administrator & Data Base Mínimo 5 anos

Requisitos Desejáveis

  • Conhecimento em scripts de automação (Bash, Python, Ansible, etc.);
  • Experiência com ferramentas de monitoramento (Zabbix, Nagios, Prometheus);
  • Noções de DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes);
  • Noções de cloud (AWS, OCI, etc.).
