Esta posición requiere residencia en Bávaro, República Dominicana.

Tu Misión:

Como Auditor/a Interno/a, serás una pieza clave en la evaluación y mejora continua de nuestros procesos de control interno. Trabajarás para asegurar el cumplimiento normativo y potenciar la eficiencia operativa y financiera de la compañía a nivel global. Tendrás la oportunidad de impactar directamente en la toma de decisiones y en la sostenibilidad de nuestro negocio en un entorno dinámico y multicultural.

¿Qué Harás?:

  • Liderar y ejecutar auditorías internas (financieras, operativas y de cumplimiento) en nuestras diversas sedes alrededor del mundo, siguiendo un plan de trabajo estratégico.
  • Identificar proactivamente riesgos y desarrollar planes de acción resolutivos y eficientes, realizando un seguimiento exhaustivo de su implementación.
  • Elaborar informes de auditoría claros y concisos, destacando hallazgos clave y formulando recomendaciones prácticas y de alto impacto. Realizarás un seguimiento riguroso de la implementación de dichas recomendaciones.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con equipos multidisciplinarios a nivel global para impulsar la implementación de mejoras significativas en los procesos.
  • Asegurar el estricto cumplimiento de las políticas corporativas y las regulaciones locales e internacionales en todas nuestras operaciones.

¿Qué Buscamos en Ti?:

  • Formación Académica: Titulación universitaria en Administración de Empresas, Contabilidad, Finanzas o campos afines.
  • Experiencia: Mínimo de 4 años de experiencia demostrable en auditoría interna o externa. Valoramos especialmente la experiencia en despachos de auditoria, así como experiencia internacional previa en auditoría o administración.
  • Idiomas: Dominio fluido del español y el inglés (tanto hablado como escrito). Es indispensable para la elaboración de informes y la comunicación efectiva con nuestros equipos globales.
  • Habilidades y Actitudes Esenciales:Sólido conocimiento de las normas internacionales de auditoría. Orientación a resultados y capacidad resolutiva, con facilidad para tomar decisiones informadas en entornos dinámicos y adaptarse a culturas diversas. Pensamiento crítico y analítico para identificar riesgos, deficiencias en los controles y proponer soluciones innovadoras. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, capaz de redactar informes claros y manejar situaciones potencialmente conflictivas con tacto y profesionalidad. Manejo avanzado de herramientas de análisis de datos (Excel avanzado es imprescindible). Disponibilidad para viajar frecuentemente (nacional e internacional) y flexibilidad horaria según las necesidades de cada proyecto.
  • Residencia: Es indispensable que el/la candidato/a resida actualmente en Bávaro, República Dominicana o tenga la posibilidad de trasladarse y establecerse allí.
