El auge del turismo de lujo permite a TCM Group ir adquiriendo mayor presencia en cada vez más destinos y, por consiguiente, ir forjando su estructura a nivel mundial para seguir ofreciendo a los clientes un servicio exclusivo e integral.

En la actualidad, la firma pretende reforzar su estructura con la incorporación de un/a SUB-DELEGADO/A para cada uno de sus destinos con más volumen: México, Republica Dominicana, Jamaica y Cabo Verde. El/la sub-delegado/a ayudará al delegado/a con las operaciones ligadas a la actividad del destino.

Como Sub-Delegado/a, tu misión principal consistirá en ejecutar la coordinación, gestión y supervisión integral de la actividad desarrollada en tu zona de actuación, asegurándote del correcto funcionamiento de todos los servicios y equipos bajo tu supervisión (+100 pax) y alcance de los objetivos y resultados marcados.

Entre las principales responsabilidades se encuentran las siguientes:

- Gestión operacional: supervisarás el cumplimento de los protocolos de calidad y seguridad definidos por la empresa y participarás activamente en el análisis e implementación de nuevas actividades comerciales y cumplimiento de los presupuestos.

- Gestión comercial: Pondrás en marcha las acciones necesarias para alcanzar los objetivos marcados. Asegurarás la calidad de los servicios, el seguimiento de los pedidos, la coordinación de la logística interna y supervisión y control de inventarios.

Además aprenderás del delegado a ayudar con: - Gestión de personas: te responsabilizarás de la construcción, animación y motivación de tu equipo para orientarles al cliente y a los resultados. Por ello, participarás en la formación y acompañamiento de los colaboradores para favorecer su desarrollo profesional y personal.

- Gestión económica y financiera: Conociendo las rutinas administrativas y fiscales, la gestión de cuentas bancarias, el seguimiento y análisis del cuadro de mando de gestión comercial y el análisis de la cuenta de explotación.

Nos gustaría contar con un/a profesional que reúna los siguientes requisitos:

- Experiencia liderando y gestionando equipos.

- Conocimientos administrativos y de gestión de empresa o derecho. - Orientación al cliente. - Dinamismo, flexibilidad y capacidad de adaptación a nuevos entornos.

- Dominio total del español e inglés para los destinos en el Caribe (Para Cabo Verde el Portugués es un gran plus). Y para todos los destinos es muy valorable el conocimiento de otros idiomas como Francés y/o Alemán.

-Experiencia en deportes acuáticos (sobre todo buceo) y conocimiento de embarcaciones y motores.

El/la sub-delegado/a contará con una formación práctica y teórica, en todas las actividades y todos los aspectos de la empresa, que le preparará para llevar su propio destino como delegado en alguno de nuestros destinos actuales ó futuros, derivados de nuestro plan de expansión.

Ademas, TCM Group ofrece:
