Job description

General Purpose

The noteworthy general manager should account for all business activities, support staff development, enhance efficiency, drive sales and improve revenue, maintain relationships with clients, enhance the company´s image and meet or exceed overall objectives

Position Summary and Responsibilities

  • Ensuring safety for staff and clients.
  • Ensuring excellent service beyond customer expectations.
  • Implementing, monitoring and ensuring company policies.
  • Hiring, training, monitoring and motivating multi-national and multi-ethnical staff.
  • Ensuring the fulfillment of all legal requirements.
  • Ensuring all company requirements in financial and accounting area.
  • Allocating and complying budgets and targets in coordination with CFO.
  • Optimizing company assets by complying and improving maintenance policies.

Skills And Experience

  • Degree in business management or MBA.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Superior knowledge of business functions.
  • Exceptional budgeting and finance skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive nature.
  • Trlingual Spanish / French / English.
  • Knowledge of water sports and boats is a plus.
  • Knowledge of and experience with working in Africa in general and Senegal in particular.

Le but général

Le/la dir. général doit rendre compte de toutes les activités commerciales, soutenir le développement du personnel, améliorer l'efficacité, stimuler les ventes et améliorer les revenus, entretenir les relations avec les clients, améliorer l'image de l'entreprise et atteindre ou dépasser les objectifs globaux

Résumé du poste et responsabilités :

  • Assurer la sécurité du personnel et des clients.
  • Assurer un excellent service au-delà des attentes des clients.
  • Mettre en œuvre, suivre et assurer les politiques de l'entreprise.
  • Recrutement, formation, suivi et motivation du personnel multinational et multiethnique.
  • Assurer le respect de toutes les exigences légales.
  • Assurer toutes les exigences de l'entreprise dans le domaine financier et comptable.
  • Allouer et respecter les budgets et les objectifs en coordination avec le CFO.
  • Optimiser les actifs de l'entreprise en respectant et en améliorant les politiques de maintenance.

Compétences et expérience :

  • Diplôme en gestion d'entreprise ou MBA.
  • Solides qualités de leadership.
  • Connaissance supérieure des fonctions commerciales.
  • Compétences exceptionnelles en matière de budgétisation et de finance.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication.
  • Nature hautement organisée et proactive.
  • Trilingue espagnol/français/anglais.
  • La connaissance des sports nautiques et des bateaux est un plus.
  • Connaissance et expérience de travailler en Afrique en général, et au Sénégal en particulier.
