工作内容 1. 美妆/快消/B2B/母婴/互联网等行业的数字内容营销类素材的制作 2. 辅助带教执行创意设计提案，跟进设计方案执行 3. 管理项目素材、有意识地归纳更新项目关键点 4. 深度挖掘AIGC前沿的技术并在工作中实践

岗位要求 1. 学历要求 在校大学生，大三、研二为佳 2. 能力要求 - 基本了解主流AIGC设计工具的使用方式，有AIGC辅助设计的经验 - 优秀的排版&文字设计能力，能够合理分解信息层级并通过简单文字变形或常规文案设计输出美观的视觉表现 - 一定的平面合成精修能力，能够处理简单的AIGC图像幻觉 - 有简单的产品设计类软件使用经验，掌握组件、自动布局的使用，能够快速上手自动化设计工具 - 能够快速准确地理解需求，并转化为设计语言在团队中沟通，根据品牌规范及渠道MR输出符合需求的设计 - 具有扎实的构图原理、色彩光影、字体排版理论基础 - 能够跨团队有效沟通，主动协调冲突，耐心聆听他人想法，推动共识 - 能够根据排期梳理优先级并养成良好的素材管理习惯，熟练使用办公工具进行协作 - 具备良好的审美与创意思维，具备基本的素材检索能力，能够辅助带教完成创意设计提案 3. 专业经验 - 视觉传达、广告设计、数字媒体及相关专业 - 掌握基础平面合成&排版软件，至少使用过1个AIGC图像&视频生成平台 *有UI/UX类软件或视频剪辑软件使用经验者为佳 - 有平面合成、AIGC辅助设计的案例为佳 - 软件范围参考：PS、AI、MJ、SD、Figma、即时设计、XD、即梦、可灵、LibuLibu、剪映等
