工作职责： 1.负责公司核心SAAS产品的UX/UI产品设计，从0到1参与项目全过程 2.基于产品目标，梳理产品需求并产出产品设计稿，推进产品方案落地上线 3.开展竞品分析、用户调研等，保障产品体验及可用性

任职要求： 1.本科及以上学历，985及211优先，专业不限，每周工作至少4天 2.熟练掌握Figma，能独立产出UI设计稿，了解组件库的运用以及web、H5、小程序设计规范 3.拥有好的产品审美品味及视觉表达能力，对产品交互设计具备理解和热情 4.优秀的沟通能力、理解力、团队精神、抗压能力；思维逻辑佳，有激情，有创造力，有责任感 5.有大厂设计实习/大型系统产品设计实习经验、可实习6个月者优先考虑 6.需提供简历和设计作品集
