【岗位定位】 负责已签约中大型品牌客户的长期经营与价值深挖，持续推动老客户增购，完成从“客户满意度管理”到“客户商业化增长”的闭环。要求具备解决方案输出、产研跟进、产品运营及商务增购的复合能力。 【岗位职责】 1. 挖掘需求，输出解决方案 - 深入理解客户在内容营销、内容生产、内容管理、AIGC等领域的业务痛点，主动识别未被满足的需求； - 独立或协同产品团队输出定制化解决方案，将技术能力转化为客户可理解的商业价值。 2. 跟进产研，推动落地 - 负责客户项目全周期管理（调研、实施、配置、定制开发），确保按计划交付； - 具备风险预警和预期管理能力，平衡需求蔓延，保障项目顺利落地。 3. 冷启动与持续运营 - 主导产品冷启动（系统配置、标签体系、培训、阶段汇报等），帮助客户快速实现首价值； - 监控使用健康度，通过数据分析推动持续运营与深度使用； - 沉淀标杆案例，支持内部培训与外部客户培育。 4. 老客增购与新KP挖掘 - 维护客户高层及执行层关系，持续挖掘新关键决策人（新KP）； - 主动识别增购机会（功能升级、席位扩充、跨产品销售等），独立主导从需求挖掘到合同谈判的完整增购流程，完成增购与续约目标。

1. 学历 - 一本院校本科及以上学历，专业不限（市场营销、广告学、计算机、AI、信息管理优先）； - 加分项：211/985或海外同等院校。 2. 经验 - 3年以上B端SaaS客户成功、大客户管理或数字化咨询经验； - 有标品及定制化项目实施管理经验，熟悉售前、销售、产研跨部门协作； - 能服务中大型企业，对接市场部、IT等多层级干系人； - 有Martech、AIGC、DAM、数字营销行业背景优先； - 有SaaS续约、增购经验优先。 3. 核心能力 - 解决方案能力：能深度洞察客户业务，输出定制化方案； - 项目管理能力：能协调内外部资源，推动项目落地； - 运营能力：有产品冷启动及持续线上运营经验； - 商务能力：能独立完成老客增购与续约全流程； - 学习能力：对AIGC、内容科技有热情，能快速掌握复杂产品。 4. 加分项 - 服务过世界500强或头部品牌客户； - 持有PMP认证； - 英语流利，可作为工作语言。
