核心职责： 1. 项目管理与业务增长： - 独立负责品牌全年社媒/其他平台内容策略及营销规划的制定与落地执行，对平台粉丝/用户增长、内容的声量、互动及引流转化等业务结果直接负责。 - 客户关系管理，项目管理，有效管理项目预算，追求最优投入产出比，确保项目按时保质落地，并持续主动探索新解决方案，对项目目标与业务增长负责。 2. AI 内容运营端到端执行落地： - 内容策略与规划：利用 AI 工具结合人工经验，深度理解客户行业与产品特性，基于数据、行业、竞品、用户、平台等维度洞察，精准产出内容策略，规划内容方向，将复杂卖点转化为用户易感知、乐传播的爆款内容选题。 - 内容生产：主导日常内容的创意策划与 AI 生产流程，熟练运用特赞及业内前沿 AI 工具，建立并优化团队内外部及人机协作 SOP 与质量标准，为不同内容类型（文案、图文、视频等）设计高效生产的工作流与模板，提升内容产出的效率与创新性。 - 内容发布与平台运营：制定高效的发布与投放策略并执行，持续提升内容 GTM 效率与质量，为平台的粉丝/用户增长、活跃度、和转化负责。 - 数据洞察与内容迭代：数据监控与深入分析，从数据中总结出有效洞察，并快速反馈至策略及内容执行优化迭代。

1. 经验背景： - 3 年及以上内容运营、社媒运营或项目交付经验，有成功的内容项目案例。 - 有广告公司、内容营销或 AI 工具相关从业 / 经验者优先。 - 了解内容营销逻辑，对 “AI + 内容” 结合有兴趣。 - 具备出色的网感、审美与文案功底，能精准把控品牌调性，并指导他人进行内容优化。 2. 技能能力： - 熟悉主流社媒平台（微信、视频号、抖音、小红书等）及电商平台（如天猫、抖音电商等）的运营规则与内容逻辑。 - 主动探索前沿 AI 内容工具（文案生成、设计、视频剪辑、数据分析类），并落地到交付流程中，优化工作效率与内容质量，无边界参与业务迭代。 - 具备“数据思维”与“商业意识”，有数据分析能力，能看懂数据报表并提炼核心结论，清晰理解内容如何服务于业务增长，并对内容成本与效果负责；有内容策略报告、数据分析报告撰写经验者优先。 3. 核心特质： - 探索心足：对 AI 工具、内容创新、营销玩法有好奇心，乐于尝试新事物。 - 责任心强：能对客户交付结果负责，扛住多项目并行的压力。 - 无边界感：不局限于 “本职范围”，愿意主动承接拓展性工作。 - 沟通协作佳：能清晰对接客户需求，拥有优秀的多项目管理、沟通协调能力和团队协作精神。
