工作内容 1. 独立完成从文案脚本策划、分镜草图绘制到AIGC动态视频生成的全流程工作。 2. 负责短视频/长内容的动态视频生成、节奏把控、基础后期处理与视觉包装，确保成片质量符合品牌要求。 3. 完成信息流短视频的基础剪辑、素材延展及多版本适配，保障内容在不同平台的传播效果。 4. 持续探索AIGC工具在内容生成、效率提升及创意表达方面的应用，优化视频生产流程。 5. 协助梳理视频创作方法论，参与团队创意提案，提供视觉与技术支持。​

1. 本科及以上，影视编导、动画、数字媒体等相关专业，3年及以上美妆 / 快消 / 母婴 / 电商等行业设计经验。（能力优秀者可放宽工作年限要求） 2. 具备AIGC视频全流程创作经验，熟练使用AI 视频 / 图像工具（如 Sora 2、Runway、即梦、可灵等） 3. 精通PR/AE/剪映等剪辑后期软件，能控制节奏、叙事逻辑、画面转场，独立完成常见动效包装、跟踪、合成；复杂模板能力加分 5. 能与PM、销售、客户等团队流畅协作，快速理解需求并给出方案 6. 有责任心，抗压力强，能管理排期、沉淀素材与流程 7. 审美突出，思维活跃，具备较强的创意提案与素材检索能力 8. 投递岗位请提供能够体现AI能力的作品集。
