Deine Aufgaben

  • In deiner Rolle betreust du eigenverantwortlich die Finanzbuchhaltungen von Unternehmen aus unterschiedlichen Branchen und bist eine verlässliche Ansprechperson für unsere Mandanten.
  • Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören die Erstellung betrieblicher und privater Steuererklärungen sowie weiterer steuerlicher Deklarationen.
  • Darüber hinaus wirkst du bei der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen nach Handels- und Steuerrecht mit und bearbeitest standardisierte Abschlussmandate eigenständig.
  • Du unterstützt bei steuerlichen Beratungsprojekten sowie bei Jahresabschlussprüfungen.
  • Im regelmäßigen Austausch mit Mandanten, Finanzbehörden und weiteren Institutionen bearbeitest du Anfragen und sorgst für eine professionelle Kommunikation.
  • Außerdem bereitest du Unterlagen für steuerliche Betriebsprüfungen und weitere steuerliche Verfahren vor.
  • Die Digitalisierung von Mandantenprozessen gestaltest du aktiv mit und bringst deine Ideen zur Optimierung interner Abläufe ein.
  • Eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberater, Wirtschaftsprüfer und deinem Team ermöglicht dir, dein fachliches Know-how kontinuierlich auszubauen und dich fachlich wie persönlich weiterzuentwickeln.

Deine Kompetenzen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte:r, abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Steuerberatung ist von Vorteil.
  • Gute Kenntnisse im deutschen Steuerrecht sowie in der Finanzbuchhaltung und Abschlusserstellung.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV und den gängigen Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen.
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise.
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Mandanten und Kolleg:innen.
  • Hohe Lernbereitschaft sowie Interesse an fachlicher und persönlicher Weiterentwicklung.
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit.
