Deine Aufgaben

  • Du betreust einen festen Mandantenstamm eigenverantwortlich und bist deren erste Ansprechperson in allen steuerlichen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen.
  • Du übernimmst die laufende steuerliche Beratung von Unternehmen, Unternehmer und Privatpersonen und entwickelst gemeinsam mit ihnen nachhaltige und praxisorientierte Lösungen.
  • Du erstellst bzw. reviewst Jahresabschlüsse, betriebliche und private Steuererklärungen sowie weitere steuerliche Deklarationen und stellst deren fachliche Qualität sicher.
  • Du erkennst steuerliche Gestaltungs- und Optimierungspotenziale und berätst unsere Mandanten proaktiv zu deren Umsetzung.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Wirtschaftsprüfer und weiteren Fachbereichen zusammen und bringst Deine steuerliche Expertise in interdisziplinäre Projekte ein.
  • Du wirkst aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung unserer internen Prozesse mit und bringst Ideen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Arbeitsweise ein.
  • Du führst fachliche Reviews durch und stellst eine hohe Beratungs- und Qualitätsstandards innerhalb der Kanzlei sicher.
  • Du begleitest und förderst unsere Mitarbeitenden fachlich, gibst Dein Wissen weiter und unterstützt als Mentor die Entwicklung unseres Teams.

Deine Kompetenzen

  • Erfolgreich abgelegtes Steuerberaterexamen – gerne auch über den berufspraktischen Weg.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der steuerlichen Beratung von Unternehmen und Privatpersonen ist von Vorteil.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV sowie den gängigen Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen; idealerweise Erfahrung mit digitalen Kanzleiprozessen.
  • Freude an der ganzheitlichen und lösungsorientierten Beratung von Mandanten sowie ein ausgeprägtes Dienstleistungsverständnis.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im deutschen Steuerrecht sowie Interesse, sich kontinuierlich fachlich weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie ein sicheres und professionelles Auftreten gegenüber Mandanten und Behörden.
  • Hohe Teamorientierung sowie Freude daran, Wissen weiterzugeben und Kolleg fachlich zu unterstützen.
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, Eigeninitiative und die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
  • Offenheit für neue Technologien, digitale Arbeitsweisen und innovative Beratungslösungen.
