Prüfungsleitung & -planung

  • Planung und Vorbereitung von Jahresabschluss- und Prüfungsmandaten
  • Durchführung und Dokumentation der Risikoanalyse
  • Festlegung des Prüfungsansatzes und der Prüfungsschwerpunkte
  • Steuerung des gesamten Prüfungsprozesses von der Planung bis zum Abschluss

Review & Qualitätssicherung

  • Review von Arbeitspapieren und Prüfungsergebnissen
  • Fachliche Steuerung und Begleitung des Fieldworks
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Prüfungsstandards und Qualitätsanforderungen
  • Identifikation und Klärung komplexer Bilanzierungs- und Prüfungsthemen

Mandantenbetreuung & Kommunikation

  • Zentrale Ansprechpartner für den Mandanten während der Prüfung
  • Professionelle Kommunikation mit Geschäftsführung, Finance-Verantwortlichen und weiteren Ansprechpartner
  • Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Abschlussgesprächen
  • Erstellung bzw. Vorbereitung von Prüfungsberichten und Management Letters

Teamführung & Entwicklung

  • Fachliche Anleitung und Steuerung von Associates und weiteren Teammitgliedern
  • Delegation von Aufgaben und Überwachung des Arbeitsfortschritts
  • Unterstützung bei der fachlichen und persönlichen Entwicklung jüngerer Kolleg
  • Förderung einer strukturierten und effizienten Zusammenarbeit im Prüfungsteam

Projekt- & Ressourcenmanagement

  • Verantwortung für Budget, Termine und Ressourcenplanung
  • Laufende Überwachung des Prüfungsfortschritts
  • Früherkennung und Steuerung von Abweichungen
  • Sicherstellung einer effizienten und qualitativ hochwertigen Prüfungsdurchführung

Deine Kompetenzen

Fachliche Qualifikation

  • Wirtschaftsprüfer, WP-Anwärter oder sehr erfahrene Audit-Professional
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Audit-Erfahrung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in HGB und den relevanten IDW-Prüfungsstandards
  • Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Steuerung von Prüfungsmandaten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit komplexen Bilanzierungs- und Prüfungssachverhalten

Methodische & persönliche Kompetenzen

  • Ausgeprägte Projektmanagement- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Souveränes Auftreten und sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Fähigkeit, Teams fachlich zu führen und Kolleg weiterzuentwickeln
