Deine Aufgaben

  • In deiner Rolle betreust du eigenverantwortlich einen festen Mandantenkreis und bist die Ansprechperson für steuerliche Fragestellungen.
  • Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören die Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen sowie betrieblichen und privaten Steuererklärungen – dabei stellst du stets eine hohe fachliche Qualität sicher.
  • Steuerliche Sachverhalte analysierst du eigenständig und entwickelst praxisorientierte Lösungen für unsere Mandanten.
  • Darüber hinaus übernimmst du Teilverantwortung innerhalb deiner Mandate sowie bei steuerlichen Beratungsprojekten.
  • Du begleitest Betriebsprüfungen und unterstützt die Kommunikation mit Finanzbehörden.
  • Außerdem wirkst du an spannenden Sonderprojekten mit, beispielsweise in den Bereichen Umstrukturierungen, Digitalisierung oder Prozessoptimierung.
  • Dein Wissen gibst du gerne weiter, indem du neue Kolleg bei der Einarbeitung unterstützt und Associate-Kolleg als fachliche Ansprechperson zur Seite stehst.
  • Optimierungspotenziale bei Mandanten und in internen Prozessen erkennst du frühzeitig und bringst deine Ideen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung aktiv ein.
  • Eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberater, Wirtschaftsprüfer und weiteren Fachbereichen rundet deinen abwechslungsreichen Aufgabenbereich ab.

Deine Kompetenzen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium mit steuerlichem Schwerpunkt.
  • Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Steuerberatung.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen und Steuererklärungen.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV sowie den gängigen Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen.
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung sowie ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick.
  • Sicheres Auftreten und professionelle Kommunikation gegenüber Mandanten, Behörden und Kolleg:innen.
  • Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen sowie Wissen und Erfahrungen im Team weiterzugeben.
  • Interesse an der kontinuierlichen fachlichen Weiterentwicklung und an digitalen Arbeitsweisen.
