Verantwortung in der Abschlussprüfung

  • Leitung und Durchführung von Jahres- und Konzernabschlussprüfungen nach HGB und IFRS – von mittelständischen Unternehmen bis hin zu nationalen und internationalen Konzernstrukturen.
  • Analyse komplexer Geschäftsvorfälle und finanzieller Berichte sowie Ableitung prüfungsrelevanter Schlussfolgerungen.
  • Prüfung, Beurteilung und Weiterentwicklung von internen Kontrollsystemen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Prozessen.
  • Identifikation von Risiken und Entwicklung praxisnaher Empfehlungen zur Risikominderung.
  • Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Mandantenbeziehungen; Du agierst als geschätzter Ansprechpartner während und nach der Prüfung.

Fachliche Beratung & Weiterentwicklung unserer Mandanten

  • Beratung bei der Umstellung von HGB auf IFRS und Unterstützung bei der Erstellung entsprechender Konzernabschlüsse.
  • Einbindung in steuerliche und betriebswirtschaftliche Fragestellungen im Rahmen der Prüfungs- und Beratungsprojekte.
  • Durchführung bzw. Unterstützung bei Sonderprojekten wie z.B. Unternehmensbewertungen und Due Diligence

Führung, Teamsteuerung & Qualitätsmanagement

  • Steuerung interdisziplinärer Projektteams (u. a. IT, RAS, Tax, Valuation) sowie Planung und Einsatz der Teammitglieder nach deren Stärken, Interessen und Entwicklungszielen.
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung interner Qualitätsstandards und Verantwortung für die Ergebnisse in deinem Prüfungsbereich.
  • Förderung einer konstruktiven Teamkultur, Motivation deiner Mitarbeitenden und Unterstützung ihrer fachlichen sowie persönlichen Weiterentwicklung.

Digitale Weiterentwicklung & Innovation

  • Mitwirkung bei der Einführung neuer Tools, digitaler Lösungen und effizienter Prüfungsprozesse.

Deine Kompetenzen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschafts- oder Rechtswissenschaften, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaftsprüfung, Rechnungslegung oder Controlling.
  • Bestandenes Wirtschaftsprüferexamen oder fortgeschrittene Vorbereitung darauf.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Wirtschaftsprüfung, idealerweise mit Führungsverantwortung.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der nationalen und internationalen Rechnungslegungsstandards (HGB, IFRS).
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise.
  • Sicheres Auftreten und exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hohem Verantwortungsbewusstsein und proaktivem Mindset.
