Een restaurant runnen is één ding. Er één opbouwen is iets heel anders. Bouillon d' groeit en opent na Amsterdam een nieuwe vestiging in Den Haag. Voor dit restaurant zoeken we een Bedrijfsleider die dit horeca-avontuur vanaf het begin wil leiden.

Je bent erbij voordat de deuren opengaan. Je bent betrokken bij de voorbereidingen, helpt het managementteam samenstellen en zorgt dat de operatie vanaf de eerste dag staat. Straks ben jij het gezicht en de drijvende kracht achter de nieuwe vestiging.

Over de exacte locatie vertelt Bouillon d' binnenkort meer. Wat nu al vaststaat: dit is geen standaard bedrijfsleidersfunctie in de hospitality, maar een rol met verantwoordelijkheid, zichtbaarheid en ruimte om echt impact te maken.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Bedrijfsleider ben jij verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het leiden van de nieuwe vestiging van Bouillon d' in Den Haag, als gezicht en drijvende kracht.
  • Meewerken aan de voorbereidingen van de opening.
  • Het samenstellen van het managementteam.
  • Zorgen dat de operatie vanaf de eerste dag staat.
  • Sturen op resultaten, zonder de sfeer uit het oog te verliezen.
  • Een cultuur creëren waarin medewerkers verantwoordelijkheid nemen en gasten graag terugkomen.
  • Meebouwen aan het team, de cultuur, de structuur en uiteindelijk het succes van de locatie.

  • Je bent een ervaren horecamanager met aantoonbare ervaring in het aansturen van een grote, dynamische operatie.

  • Je begrijpt cijfers en weet dat gastvrijheid begint bij een sterk team.
  • Je brengt structuur, toont eigenaarschap en durft beslissingen te nemen.
  • Je bent gastvrij en hebt een ondernemende mentaliteit.
  • Je wacht niet tot iets geregeld wordt, maar neemt zelf initiatief.

Over Bouillon d'Den Haag

Bouillon d' begon in Amsterdam als eigentijds restaurant waar de klassieke Franse keuken en Amsterdamse gastvrijheid samenkomen. Nu zet het concept de volgende stap: een nieuwe vestiging in Den Haag.

De basis blijft hetzelfde: toegankelijkheid, bravoure en verbondenheid. Goed eten zonder drempels, eerlijke prijzen, een warme ontvangst en herkenbare Franse klassiekers die met vakmanschap worden bereid. Geen ingewikkelde trends, maar tijdloze smaken waar kwaliteit voorop staat.
