The posting

Er staat iets te gebeuren in Den Haag. Bouillon d' breidt uit en bereidt achter de schermen de opening van een nieuw restaurant voor. Voor die nieuwe keuken zoeken we een Sous Chef met ambitie, karakter en leiderschap. Een kans in de horeca om te groeien, met een brigade die nog gevormd moet worden.

Denk aan een drukke service. De bonnen komen binnen, de pass staat strak en jij houdt het overzicht. Je weet precies wanneer je moet aansturen en wanneer je zelf moet aanpakken, en je zorgt dat de keuken als één geheel draait.

Waar het restaurant precies komt, blijft nog even geheim. De zoektocht naar de mensen die dit avontuur samen willen aangaan is wel al begonnen. Een nieuwe locatie, een nieuwe brigade en een kans om te groeien.

Als Sous Chef bij Bouillon d'Den Haag ben je de rechterhand van de Head Chef. Dit is wat de functie inhoudt.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Sous Chef ben jij verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het ondersteunen van de Head Chef als rechterhand in de keuken.
  • Het bewaken van de kwaliteit.
  • Het overzicht houden tijdens drukke services.
  • Zorgen dat de keuken als één geheel functioneert.
  • Zichtbaar zijn op de werkvloer en verantwoordelijkheid nemen.
  • Samen met de Head Chef een nieuwe brigade vormgeven.

  • Je bent een ervaren kok die klaar is voor een leidinggevende rol, of je hebt al ervaring als Sous Chef.
  • Je bent sterk achter de pass en begrijpt wat er nodig is om een team iedere dag beter te maken.
  • Je hebt een scherp oog voor kwaliteit, presentatie en consistentie.
  • Je bent een natuurlijke leider die collega's motiveert en laat groeien.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en brengt rust tijdens piekmomenten.
  • Je weet wanneer je moet aansturen en wanneer je zelf moet aanpakken.
  • Je bent een teamspeler met de ambitie om samen met Bouillon verder te groeien.

Over Bouillon d'Den Haag

Bouillon d' begon in Amsterdam als eigentijds restaurant waar de klassieke Franse keuken en Amsterdamse gastvrijheid samenkomen. Nu zet het concept de volgende stap: een nieuwe vestiging in Den Haag.

De basis blijft hetzelfde: toegankelijkheid, bravoure en verbondenheid. Goed eten zonder drempels, eerlijke prijzen, een warme ontvangst en herkenbare Franse klassiekers die met vakmanschap worden bereid. Geen ingewikkelde trends, maar tijdloze smaken waar kwaliteit voorop staat.

Met Amsterdamse bravoure en Franse flair ontstaat een sfeer vol karakter. Het team is zelfverzekerd, gastvrij en recht door zee, maar altijd warm en persoonlijk. Collega's durven zichzelf te zijn, werken met plezier samen en zorgen ervoor dat iedere gast zich direct thuis voelt.
