Deine Verantwortung / Your responsibility

  • Du entwickelst unsere organische Social-Media-Strategie für Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest und Facebook kontinuierlich weiter und leitest Themen aus Trends, Entwicklungen und KPIs ab.
  • Du planst unseren Redaktionskalender und konzipierst Content, der Reichweite schafft, unsere Marke stärkt und Nachhaltigkeit verständlich vermittelt.
  • Du recherchierst komplexe Nachhaltigkeitsthemen und bereitest sie zielgruppengerecht in unterschiedlichen Content-Formaten auf.
  • Du übernimmst die komplette Video-Creation – von der Idee über Konzept, Dreh und Schnitt bis zur Veröffentlichung und stehst dabei vor und hinter der Kamera
  • Du planst und koordinierst kanalübergreifende Social-Media-Kampagnen gemeinsam mit Marketing, Sustainability und weiteren Teams.
  • Du analysierst die Performance unserer Inhalte, leitest Optimierungspotenziale ab und entwickelst unsere Kanäle datenbasiert weiter.
  • Du betreust unsere Community, beantwortest Kommentare und Nachrichten von Follower:innen, Kund:innen und Markenpartner:innen und bist erste Ansprechperson auf unseren Social-Media-Kanälen.
  • Du betreust Kooperationen mit Content Creator:innen und nachhaltigen Partner:innen.
  • Du unterstützt unsere Brand Communication, z.B. bei Image- und Employer-Branding-Inhalten für LinkedIn.
  • Du erstellst Grafiken in Canva, entwickelst neue Grafikformate und Templates und baust unsere Social-Media-Requisite für Video-Produktionen kontinuierlich aus.

Dein Talent / Your talent

  • Du hast Social Media als Content Creator für Instagram, Pinterest und TikTok durchgespielt, idealerweise im E-Commerce oder für eine Lifestyle-Brand
  • Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Storytelling, Trends und Plattformmechaniken und weißt, welche Inhalte Menschen erreichen.
  • Du fühlst dich vor der Kamera genauso wohl wie dahinter und bringst Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Video-Produktion mit.
  • Du arbeitest KPI-orientiert, analysierst Daten sicher und leitest daraus fundierte Entscheidungen für die Content- und Kanalstrategie ab.
  • Grafikdesign-Tools (z.B. Canva) sowie Video-Editing (z.B. in CapCut) gehören für dich selbstverständlich zum Arbeitsalltag.
  • Nachhaltigkeit ist für dich mehr als ein Trend – du interessierst dich für ökologische und soziale Themen und kannst diese verständlich und glaubwürdig vermitteln.
  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, bringst neue Ideen mit und hast Lust, unsere Marke auf Social Media aktiv weiterzuentwickeln und nach außen zu vertreten.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie ein gutes Sprachgefühl runden dein Profil ab.
