Tu objetivo principal será: Ser el motor analítico y tecnológico de la transformación de procesos, construyendo un ecosistema de información automatizado y escalable. Establecer mecanismos de control operativo/contable en base a una automatización inteligente y herramientas digitales, maximizando productividad, precisión y velocidad en la alerta ante inconsistencias.

¿Cómo lo lograrás?

  • Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener modelos de datos y estructuras que permitan consolidar información de múltiples fuentes operativas y contables.
  • Implementar automatizaciones end-to-end (scripts, bots, integraciones) para eliminar tareas manuales y reducir tiempos de proceso.
  • Desarrollar dashboards y reportes de control.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora en procesos mediante análisis de data, proponiendo e implementando soluciones tecnológicas.
  • Monitorear indicadores de control y construir alertas tempranas que permitan gestionar riesgos, cuellos de botella y desviaciones.

¿Qué necesitamos de ti?

  • Bachiller en Ingeniera Industrial, Ingeniería de Sistemas, Administración o afines.
  • 1 año de experiencia en transformación de procesos, explotación de data y automatización usando herramientas tecnológicas.
  • Manejo de herramientas de IA.
  • SQL avanzado, Python, Power BI avanzado, Diseño de procesos ETL / integración de datos, Automatización de procesos (scripts, RPA, Power Automate).
