Objetivo del rol: Velar por la eficiencia de los procesos operativos de la subgerencia, asegurando que se cumplan y optimicen los KPIs (ANS, Productividad, Eficiencia, automatización, entre otros), que se monitoreen y respeten los controles operativos y regulatorios, y liderando iniciativas de optimización, automatización y prevención de incidencias que contribuyan a una experiencia segura y oportuna para los clientes.

¿Cómo lo lograrás?

  • Analizarás data del proceso para identificar patrones y oportunidades que permitan mejorar la gestión de los procesos, desde la eficiencia de los KPI's hasta la prevención de incidencias.
  • Monitorearás y gestionarás los indicadores clave del proceso (KPI's ), proponiendo acciones para asegurar su cumplimiento.
  • Propondrás iniciativas que permitan cumplir con mayor eficiencia los KPIs y controles establecidos.
  • Plantearás y liderarás nuevas formas de digitalizar y automatizar los procesos.
  • Apoyarás en el relevamiento y comunicación de incidencias/mejoras hacia áreas de producto.
  • Liderarás mesas de trabajo de optimización de los procesos con el diagnóstico y propuestas realizadas.

¿Qué necesitamos de ti?

  • Bachiller/Egresado de Administración, Economía, Contabilidad, Ingeniera Industrial y Sistemas, Afines
  • Contar con 1 año de experiencia trabajando en proyectos
  • Conocimientos avanzados de operaciones y productos de banca y/o de proyectos.
  • Conocimiento de Metodologías Agiles: Agile, Scrum
  • Manejo de herramientas como Power Point y Power BI (avanzado), Excel (Intermedio) - Manejo macros, Sharepoint y planner
