Objetivo del puesto: Liderar la gestión de iniciativas de Clima y Cultura Organizacional, asegurando la correcta ejecución, análisis y seguimiento de la encuesta de clima laboral, brindando acompañamiento estratégico a líderes y áreas del banco para fortalecer la experiencia de los colaboradores y promover una cultura alineada a los valores y objetivos organizacionales. Asimismo, apoyar la ejecución de la estrategia de cultura, la gestión de la evaluación Great Place to Work (GPTW) y las acciones de engagement impulsadas por el equipo.

¿Cómo lo lograrás?

  • Gestionarás integralmente la encuesta de clima de Interbank, analizando resultados y diseñando planes de acciones para seguir fortaleciendo nuestra cultura
  • Serás aliado estratégico del negocio, facilitando a los líderes el análisis de clima dentro de sus equipo y asesorándolos en la toma de sus desiciones
  • Liderarás el proceso de evaluación end-to-end de Great Place To Work
  • Acompañarás al equipo de cultura en el desarrollo de los eventos y actividades culturales, haciendo de Interbank el mejor lugar para trabajar

¿Qué necesitamos de ti?

  • Egresado(a) o Bachiller de Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Psicología, Gestión y Alta Dirección, Comunicación o carreras afines
  • 3 a 4 años de experiencia en equipos de clima o con experiencia relevante en el negocio bancario
  • Experiencia interactuando con áreas de negocio.
  • Deseable experiencia en GPTW y encuestas de clima.
  • Manejo de Office a nivel intermedio
  • Experiencia trabajando presentaciones estratégicas
  • Manejo y gestión de indicadores
