Objetivo del rol: Analizar y optimizar la propuesta de valor de los productos de préstamos para Banca Negocios. Con base en datos, identifica oportunidades para mejorar la asignación de leads a los canales y maximizar la conversión, proyecta las ventas por canal, valida estrategias mediante backtesting y articula a las áreas involucradas (Riesgos Analytics, canal comercial, modelos analíticos) para implementar las mejoras. Además, reporta resultados y recomendaciones a la gerencia.

¿Cómo lo lograrás?

  • El 60% de tu esfuerzo estará orientado al análisis de la data para tomar las mejores desiciones y aportar al cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales. Analizarás el desempeño de cada canal, propondrás y evaluarás reglas/criterios de asignación de leads para los canales, trabajarás el proyectado de las ventas, construirás los tableros de medición y podrás ser owner de la gestión de la información.
  • Adicional, este rol también cuenta con un componente de estrategia de producto, el 25% de tu tiempo podrás dedicarlo a monitorear el funnel, identificar las oportunidades y proponer acciones clave, contribuyendo así a la mejora de la propuesta de valor de los préstamos considerando métricas de experiencia del cliente
  • Como parte de los retos, el Sr de Producto Value Proposition tendrá relacionamiento cercano con áreas estratégicas del banco, para poder sacar adelante las iniciativas. Tendrá contacto con los equipos de Riesgos, fuerza de venta, analytics y trabajará presentaciones estratégicas para comité de gerencia.

¿Qué necesitamos de ti?

  • Bachiller o titulado en Ingeniería Industrial, Estadística, Economía, Ingeniería de Sistemas, Matemática, Administración, Finanzas o carreras afines.
  • Deseable contar con cursos de especialización en Data Analytics, Ciencia de Datos, Business Intelligence o Estadística aplicada.
  • Contar con 4 - 5 años de experiencia en equipos de inteligencia comercial, planeamiento comercial o similares en banca.
  • Herramientas necesarias: SQL/AWS, Python/R (intermedio), Excel avanzado, PowerPoint avanzado
  • Experiencia demostrable en: - Análisis de funnels comerciales y conversión; - Optimización de la asignación de leads, distribución de cartera o gestión de canales (deseable); - Proyección de ventas o forecasting; - Backtesting o medición de impacto de estrategias comerciales; - Trabajo con áreas transversales y presentación de resultados a la gerencia.
