Objetivo del puesto: Ejecutar y revisar los procesos operativos y atender consultas de los procesos a su cargo con el fin de asegurar el funcionamieto de los productos del banco. Así como definir y ejecutar los casos de uso que requiera el proyecto asignado en los diferentes ambientes del banco.

¿Cómo lo lograrás?

  • Participarás en las actividades del proyecto asignado.
  • Validarás que los procesos, funcionalidades y controles implementados cumplan con las necesidades operativas vigentes.
  • Definirás y ejecutarás casos de uso y pruebas funcionales de acuerdo con los lineamientos definidos por el líder del proyecto así como notificar al líder del proyecto cualquier desviación asociada.
  • Documentarás y reportarás observaciones o incidencias identificadas durante las pruebas y validaciones, Sugerir y ejecutar mejoras de procesos respecto al registro de operaciones.
  • Participarás en las actividades de pase a producción y ejecutar las validaciones requeridas antes y después de la implementación.
  • Mantendrás actualizada la documentación y evidencias asociadas a las actividades asignadas.

¿Qué necesitamos de ti?

  • Egresado/Bachiller Administración, Economía, Contabilidad, Ingeniera Industrial y Sistemas, afines
  • Experiencia de 6 meses trabajando proyectos
  • Conocimiento básico en banca
  • Herramientas: Power Point y Power BI (básico), Excel (Intermedio), manejo de macros
