Objetivo del puesto: Diseñar, construir y optimizar experiencias conversacionales mediante soluciones basadas en IA generativa, asegurando una interacción simple, consistente y centrada en el cliente. Traducir necesidades de negocio y experiencia en soluciones conversacionales escalables que generen valor para los usuarios y el negocio.

¿Cómo lo lograrás?

  • Requerimiento y exploración: - Actuar como consultor para definir el alcance y la viabilidad técnica de la iniciativa desde la plataforma de IA conversacional. - Coordinar con DEV los requerimientos técnicos de los servicios e integraciones. - Elaborar el service blueprint y participar en el análisis de conversaciones, benchmarks y pruebas con usuarios.
  • Diseño de la experiencia conversacional: - Cocrear la experiencia junto con el equipo de CX, aplicando principios de UX y diseño conversacional. - Ser owner de la experiencia conversacional end-to-end (tono, flujo, manejo de errores y fallback).
  • Construcción del flujo con IA generativa: - Elaborar e iterar los prompts de comportamiento para flujos con IA (instrucciones, contexto, ejemplos, reglas de confirmación y fallback). - Implementar el flujo conversacional en las plataformas (determinísticas y generativas) e integrarlo con MCPs. - Realizar pruebas unitarias del flujo.
  • Certificación y release: - Gestionar y levantar las observaciones detectadas en pruebas de calidad de respuestas (test cases, análisis de errores). - Iterar en la edición de prompts para mejorar la precisión y disminuir la alucinación de los flujos con IA. - Validar los criterios de aceptación antes del release.
  • Análisis y mejora continua: - Identificar mejoras conversacionales a partir de métricas (containment, fallback rate, CSAT) y logs de conversación. - Elaborar y ejecutar el plan de acción para la mejora continua del flujo.

¿Qué necesitamos de ti?

  • Experiencia en diseño de flujos conversacionales basados en UX y principios de conversación.
  • Conocimientos de Prompt Engineering, incluyendo diseño de instrucciones, contexto y ejemplos.
  • Experiencia en diseño de comportamiento de agentes conversacionales.
  • Conocimiento de integración de chatbots con APIs, orquestadores, bases de datos y servicios.
  • Conocimiento de JSON, Python, HTML y SpEL.
  • Experiencia en modelamiento de flujos AS-IS / TO-BE, diagramas de diálogo, árboles de decisión y service blueprints.
  • Conocimiento de metodologías ágiles como Scrum y Kanban.
  • Experiencia en análisis de customer journeys e implementación de flujos conversacionales en herramientas de IA.
  • Conocimiento de arquitecturas de IA generativa aplicadas a experiencias conversacionales.
