Objetivo del puesto: Diseñar e implementar estrategias de marketing digital a nivel de producto, liderando la estrategia de medios paid y owned para optimizar la eficiencia de las campañas mediante el análisis de datos e insights de mercado.

¿Cómo lo lograrás?

  • Diseñarás y liderarás estrategias full funnel de marketing digital por producto, definiendo un media mix eficiente entre canales paid y owned media.
  • Analizarás datos y extraerás insights accionables que contribuyan a la mejora continua de las campañas.
  • Implementarás, monitorearás y optimizarás campañas comerciales en medios digitales.
  • Utilizarás data para proponer hipótesis, realizar experimentos y detectar nuevas oportunidades de crecimiento.
  • Presentarás resultados de campañas y aprendizajes clave a stakeholders internos, promoviendo la rendición de cuentas sobre los resultados.
  • Gestionarás la ejecución de estrategias digitales con enfoque estratégico y capacidad de implementación en campañas multicanal.
  • Contribuirás a la optimización de la estrategia digital a través del uso de herramientas de analítica, automatización y gestión de campañas.

¿Qué necesitamos de ti?.

  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en funciones similares en el sector bancario y/o telecomunicaciones.
  • Conocimiento avanzado y experiencia ejecutando campañas en plataformas como Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Adobe Journey, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, GA4 y Adobe Analytics.
  • Enfoque estratégico y capacidad de ejecución en campañas multicanal.
