Tu objetivo principal será:

Impulsar el crecimiento sostenible de Shopstar mediante el análisis del desempeño comercial y transaccional del marketplace, identificando oportunidades de mejora y liderando iniciativas de growth enfocadas en adquisición, activación, retención y monetización. Serás responsable de convertir datos e insights en acciones que maximicen el crecimiento, la rentabilidad y el aporte del negocio a los resultados del banco.

¿Cómo lo lograrás?

  • Monitoreando y analizando los principales indicadores del negocio (GMV, conversión, rentabilidad, ticket promedio, recurrencia y churn), identificando tendencias, desviaciones y oportunidades de crecimiento.
  • Diseñando, ejecutando y optimizando iniciativas de growth mediante experimentación, análisis de datos y metodologías como A/B Testing, AARRR, ICE y RICE.
  • Gestionando y optimizando el funnel de compra para mejorar la conversión, retención y monetización de clientes.
  • Elaborando dashboards, reportes y modelos analíticos que generen insights accionables para la toma de decisiones.
  • Analizando el comportamiento y valor de los clientes para identificar oportunidades de fidelización, venta cruzada e incremento de ingresos.
  • Trabajando de manera transversal con los equipos de Producto, Marketing, Comercial y CRM para priorizar iniciativas de alto impacto en el negocio.

¿Qué necesitamos de ti?

  • Profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración, Economía, Finanzas, Marketing o carreras afines.
  • Entre 2 y 4 años de experiencia en análisis de datos, business intelligence, growth analytics o roles similares.
  • Dominio de SQL, Excel avanzado y herramientas de análisis de datos.
  • Conocimiento de metodologías ágiles (Scrum/Kanban) y frameworks de growth (AARRR, ICE/RICE).
  • Inglés intermedio.
