Objetivo del puesto: Liderar iniciativas de growth, performance y optimización del funnel digital para nuevas apuestas estratégicas de Digital Bets, contribuyendo al crecimiento de adquisición, activación, engagement y retención de usuarios en productos digitales existentes y en fase de lanzamiento.

¿Cómo lo lograrás?

  • Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de growth enfocadas en adquisición, activación, engagement y retención de usuarios a lo largo del funnel digital.
  • Monitorear y optimizar el desempeño de iniciativas y canales digitales, analizando KPIs de negocio y proponiendo mejoras basadas en datos.
  • Diseñar, ejecutar y analizar experimentos (A/B testing y otras metodologías) para mejorar la conversión, experiencia de usuario y performance del producto.
  • Desarrollar estrategias de CRM y lifecycle marketing, incluyendo segmentación, personalización, onboarding, activación, retención y reactivación de usuarios.
  • Generar insights accionables mediante el análisis de datos, identificando patrones, tendencias y oportunidades de crecimiento para el negocio.
  • Liderar la coordinación transversal con equipos de Producto, Tecnología, Data, Growth y stakeholders, priorizando iniciativas y dando visibilidad a resultados y aprendizajes.

¿Qué necesitamos de ti?

  • +5 años de experiencia en Growth, Performance, CRM, Growth Marketing o Growth Strategy.
  • Experiencia liderando iniciativas de crecimiento digital end-to-end, desde adquisición hasta retención.
  • Sólido conocimiento de funnels digitales y métricas de growth (CAC, conversión, retención, recurrencia, LTV).
  • Experiencia en CRM y lifecycle marketing, incluyendo segmentación, automatizaciones y estrategias de engagement.
  • Manejo de SQL para análisis de datos y conocimiento de herramientas de BI (deseable).
  • Capacidad para traducir datos en insights accionables y oportunidades de negocio.
  • Visión estratégica de negocio, combinando análisis, priorización y foco en impacto.
  • Alta autonomía y capacidad para desenvolverse en entornos dinámicos, ambiguos y con múltiples stakeholders.
  • Disponibilidad para ser parte de un proyecto con duración de 12 meses.
