Votre mission

1. Contrôle interne et conformité

  • Analyser les exigences du groupe NTT, évaluer leur applicabilité et leurs impacts opérationnels et financiers.
  • Proposer des solutions adaptées, en recherchant le meilleur équilibre entre conformité, efficacité et coûts de mise en œuvre.

2. Coordination des audits

  • Être l'interlocuteur privilégié des équipes d'audit du groupe NTT et coordonner les missions d'audit.
  • Traduire les recommandations en plans d'actions concrets, en évaluant les moyens nécessaires, les coûts, les bénéfices attendus et les priorités de mise en œuvre.

3. Gestion des risques et reporting Groupe

  • Identifier et évaluer les principaux risques de Transatel, proposer des mesures de maîtrise proportionnées aux enjeux.
  • Centraliser les demandes du Groupe, suivre l'avancement des actions et assurer le reporting auprès de NTT et de la Direction.

4. Fiabilité des processus financiers

  • Contribuer à la sécurisation des processus de clôture et de reporting financier, en identifiant les risques et les axes d'amélioration.
  • Proposer des optimisations des contrôles et des processus financiers, en évaluant leur efficacité et leur impact opérationnel.

Votre profil

  • Formation supérieure Bac+5 en finance, audit, contrôle interne ou gestion des risques.
  • Expérience de 5 à 8 ans en audit, contrôle interne ou conformité, idéalement dans un environnement international.
  • Bonne compréhension des processus financiers, des enjeux opérationnels et des exigences de conformité.
  • Capacité à analyser les risques, évaluer les impacts financiers et construire des plans d'actions pragmatiques et chiffrés.
  • Esprit analytique, autonomie, sens des priorités et capacité à proposer des solutions concrètes.
  • Excellent relationnel, aptitude à travailler en transversal et anglais courant indispensable.
