Een militaire opleiding staat of valt met een goede planning. Personeel, materieel, infrastructuur en opleidingscapaciteit moeten op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn. Jij begrijpt die samenhang vanuit je operationele ervaring en weet hoe je een uitvoeringsopdracht vertaalt naar een werkbare planning. Als Hoofd Operaties bij de Nationale Weerbaarheidstraining in Amsterdam zorg jij dat plannen niet alleen op papier kloppen, maar ook uitvoerbaar zijn.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Hoofd Operaties ben je verantwoordelijk voor de planning, programmering en afstemming van de opleidingscapaciteit. Je vertaalt de uitvoeringsopdracht naar een concrete inzet van personeel, materieel en infrastructuur. Daarbij geef je leiding aan de sectie Operaties en zorg je dat knelpunten tijdig worden gesignaleerd en opgelost.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Je vertaalt de uitvoeringsopdracht naar een concrete opleidingsprogrammering.
  • Je plant en programmeert klassen op basis van de beschikbare capaciteit.
  • Je stemt de inzet van personeel, materieel en infrastructuur op elkaar af.
  • Je signaleert knelpunten in de planning en werkt aan uitvoerbare oplossingen.
  • Je geeft leiding aan de sectie Operaties en bewaakt de voortgang van de werkzaamheden.
  • Je houdt rekening met de administratieve organisatie en procedures binnen de krijgsmacht.
  • Je bewaakt de samenhang tussen de opleidingsvraag en de beschikbare middelen.

Waar ga je werken?

Je gaat aan de slag bij de Nationale Weerbaarheidstraining (NWT) in Amsterdam. Binnen deze opleidingsomgeving werken wij, vanuit TG, samen met Defensie aan de opleiding en ontwikkeling van cursisten. De organisatie bevindt zich in een fase waarin processen en werkwijzen verder worden ingericht. Dat vraagt om mensen die zelfstandig kunnen handelen, overzicht bewaren en structuur aanbrengen waar dat nodig is. Je werkt op het snijvlak van operationele uitvoering, capaciteitsmanagement en leidinggeven. Daarbij combineer je de structuur en procedures die je vanuit de krijgsmacht kent met het vermogen om praktisch te handelen wanneer omstandigheden veranderen.

  • Je hebt expertise in complexe planningsprocessen met personeel, materieel en infrastructuur.

  • Je kunt knelpunten analyseren en besluiten nemen.
  • Je bent flexibel, oplossingsgericht en overtuigend in je communicatie.
