Mentale weerbaarheid is minstens zo belangrijk als fysieke voorbereiding. Zeker binnen een militaire opleiding, waar deelnemers worden uitgedaagd om hun grenzen te verkennen en zich onder druk te ontwikkelen. Als psycholoog weet jij hoe gedrag, motivatie en mentale belastbaarheid samenkomen. Je kijkt verder dan alleen de theorie en vindt het waardevol om jouw kennis direct in de praktijk toe te passen. Als Opleidingspsycholoog bij de Nationale Weerbaarheidstraining (NWT) in Amsterdam krijg je die mogelijkheid via Triangular Group.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Opleidingspsycholoog werk je nauw samen met opleiders en pelotonscommandanten om een veilig, motiverend en professioneel leerklimaat te creëren. Je ondersteunt deelnemers in hun mentale ontwikkeling en helpt instructeurs om gedrag, motivatie en stresssignalen beter te herkennen. Daarbij ben je zowel betrokken bij de ontwikkeling van het opleidingsprogramma als bij de dagelijkse praktijk.

Concreet betekent dit:

  • Je begeleidt NWT-deelnemers individueel en in groepsverband en voert begeleidingsgesprekken.
  • Je verzorgt psycho-educatie over onderwerpen zoals stress, emoties, motivatie en mentale weerbaarheid.
  • Je organiseert train-de-trainer-sessies en workshops waarin je opleiders versterkt met kennis over gedrag en begeleiding.
  • Je ontwikkelt en verzorgt lessen binnen de persoonlijke ontwikkelleerlijn van de NWT.
  • Je neemt actief deel aan praktijkonderdelen, observeert deelnemers en geeft gerichte feedback.
  • Je signaleert risico's op uitval of demotivatie en adviseert opleiders en pelotonscommandanten over passende begeleiding.
  • Je evalueert het opleidingsprogramma en denkt mee over het verbeteren van begeleidingsmethoden en instrumenten.

Waar ga je werken?

Je gaat aan de slag bij de Nationale Weerbaarheidstraining (NWT) in Amsterdam. Binnen deze militaire opleidingsomgeving staat de ontwikkeling van deelnemers centraal, zowel fysiek als mentaal. Je werkt nauw samen met opleiders, pelotonscommandanten en andere professionals die betrokken zijn bij de opleiding en begeleiding van deelnemers. Daarbij ben je niet alleen vanuit een lesruimte of kantoor actief, maar draai je ook mee tijdens praktijkonderdelen.

Welke skills neem je mee?

Hier herken je jezelf in (harde eisen):

  • Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding in toegepaste psychologie, sportpsychologie of prestatiepsychologie.
  • Je hebt ervaring met militaire opleidingstrajecten en begrijpt de context waarin deelnemers worden opgeleid.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het individueel begeleiden van mensen én het begeleiden van groepen.
  • Je kunt psychologische kennis vertalen naar begrijpelijke en toepasbare begeleiding.
  • Je herkent signalen van stress, verminderde motivatie en mentale belasting.
  • Je kunt goed schakelen tussen opleiders, leidinggevenden en deelnemers en weet mensen op een professionele manier te begeleiden.
