Als ervaren onderofficier weet je hoe bepalend voorbeeldgedrag, duidelijke normen en professionele standaarden zijn. Je hebt oog voor wat er speelt onder het personeel en durft zaken bespreekbaar te maken. Als Schooladjudant bij de Nationale Weerbaarheidstraining in Amsterdam ben jij een belangrijke schakel tussen de commandant en de mensen op de werkvloer.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Schooladjudant bewaak je de discipline, het moreel en de professionele standaarden binnen de opleidingsorganisatie. Je bent de ogen en oren van de commandant op de werkvloer en adviseert over de toestand en ontwikkeling van het personeel. Daarnaast heb je een belangrijke rol in het begeleiden en vormen van onderofficieren.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Je adviseert de commandant over het functioneren, de motivatie en het moreel van het personeel.
  • Je signaleert knelpunten op het gebied van discipline, gedrag en professionele standaarden.
  • Je begeleidt opleiders in hun professionele ontwikkeling en rol binnen de organisatie.
  • Je bewaakt de militaire normen, waarden en tradities binnen de opleidingsomgeving.
  • Je onderhoudt contact met het personeel en brengt relevante signalen onder de aandacht van de commandant.
  • Je vervult een rol bij ceremoniële taken en de vertegenwoordiging van het NWT.
  • Je ondersteunt de commandant bij het bewaken van de onderofficierscultuur.

Waar ga je werken?

Je gaat aan de slag bij de Nationale Weerbaarheidstraining (NWT) in Amsterdam. Binnen deze opleidingsomgeving werken wij, vanuit TG, samen met Defensie aan de opleiding en ontwikkeling van cursisten. Als Schooladjudant sta je dicht bij de mensen op de werkvloer. Je kent de militaire organisatie, begrijpt de positie van onderofficieren en weet wat nodig is om professionele standaarden te bewaken. Je bent zichtbaar, aanspreekbaar en vormt een belangrijke verbinding tussen de commandant en het personeel.

Welke skills neem je mee?

Hier herken je jezelf in (harde eisen):

  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring als instructeur.
  • Je beschikt over diepgaande kennis van de onderofficiersloopbaan.
  • Je kent de militaire voorschriften en de taakstelling van de operationele commando's (OPCO's).
  • Je hebt ervaring met ceremoniële taken en vertegenwoordiging.
  • Je bent integer, verantwoordelijk en communicatief sterk.
  • Je kunt mensen beïnvloeden en aanspreken op gedrag en professionele standaarden.
