Je hebt binnen Defensie ervaren dat een militaire eenheid alleen kan functioneren wanneer mensen, voertuigen en materieel op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn. Je weet hoe belangrijk bevoorrading en transport zijn voor de operationele inzetbaarheid en dat goede logistiek vraagt om leiderschap, overzicht en daadkracht.

Als ervaren onderofficier (minimaal Sergeant-Majoor) ben je gewend om verantwoordelijkheid te dragen. Je geeft duidelijk richting, houdt grip op de uitvoering en zorgt dat jouw mensen veilig en professioneel kunnen werken. Tegelijkertijd begrijp je wat een commandant nodig heeft om goede beslissingen te nemen.

Misschien mis je de kameraadschap, structuur en verantwoordelijkheid van de militaire omgeving. In deze functie krijg je de ruimte om jouw ervaring opnieuw in te zetten voor de Koninklijke Landmacht.

Via Triangular Group stap je in een leidinggevende logistieke rol waarin mensen, middelen en operationele uitvoering samenkomen.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Commandant Bevoorrading & Transport geef je leiding binnen de logistieke organisatie van de Koninklijke Landmacht. Je vormt de verbinding tussen de verantwoordelijke commandant en de militairen die dagelijks zorgen voor bevoorrading, transport en logistieke ondersteuning.

Je vertaalt opdrachten en prioriteiten naar een heldere werkverdeling en een uitvoerbare planning. Daarbij bewaak je de inzetbaarheid van personeel, voertuigen, materieel en overige logistieke middelen. Je houdt overzicht, signaleert knelpunten en stuurt bij wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheid gaat verder dan het coördineren van werkzaamheden. Je begeleidt en ontwikkelt medewerkers, ziet toe op een veilige uitvoering en draagt bij aan een professionele werkomgeving. Daarnaast adviseer je de commandant over logistieke vraagstukken en over de inzet van mensen en middelen.

Welke skills neem je mee?

  • Je bent oud-militair (minimaal sergeant-majoor) en hebt ruime ervaring als leidinggevend onderofficier, bij voorkeur op het niveau van Sergeant-Majoor.
  • Je beschikt over een militaire opleiding en kwalificaties die passen bij de functie en het rangniveau.
  • Je hebt ruime ervaring met militaire logistiek, bevoorrading, transport of een vergelijkbaar werkveld.
  • Je kunt personeel aansturen, begeleiden en ontwikkelen.
  • Je houdt overzicht en kunt werkzaamheden, mensen en middelen effectief organiseren.
  • Je bent daadkrachtig, besluitvaardig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor het resultaat.
  • Je blijft rustig en effectief handelen onder tijdsdruk of veranderende omstandigheden.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk met zowel commandanten als uitvoerende medewerkers.
  • Je bent bereid om tijdens oefeningen en operationele inzet op verschillende locaties en op onregelmatige tijden te werken.
  • Indien dit voor de inzet noodzakelijk is, voldoe je aan de geldende fysieke en medische eisen van Defensie.

  • Ervaring binnen de Koninklijke Landmacht.
  • Aanvullende militaire of civiele logistieke kwalificaties.
  • Ervaring met grootschalige logistieke operaties of oefeningen.
  • Ervaring met het adviseren van commandanten over logistieke inzetbaarheid.
  • Kennis van militaire voertuigen, transportmiddelen en logistieke of operationele systemen.
