Wil jij een sleutelrol spelen in de persoonlijke en professionele ontwikkeling van opleiders binnen de Nationale Weerbaarheidstraining? Heb jij oog voor onderwijskwaliteit én mensgericht begeleiden? Dan is de functie van Opleidings- en Trainersbegeleider (OTB) iets voor jou.

Je komt te werken binnen een nieuwe en innovatieve schoolorganisatie, waar weerbaarheid, kwaliteit en ontwikkeling centraal staan. Als OTB draag je direct bij aan de kwaliteit van het onderwijs én aan de ontwikkeling van de opleiders die dit onderwijs verzorgen.

Wat ga je doen?

Binnen het OTB-team word je voornamelijk ingezet als praktijkleermeester en/of mentor voor opleiders die werken aan hun leertakenboek voor ECOD POL (Praktijkopleider) en vervolgens ECOD Opleider.

Je begeleidt opleiders tijdens het doorlopen van hun leertakenboek en bent regelmatig aanwezig bij hun lessen en trainingen. Je observeert, geeft ontwikkelgerichte feedback en voorziet opleiders van praktische tips en handvatten. Daarbij ondersteun je hen zowel op het gebied van vakkennis als didactiek.

Samen met de andere praktijkleermeesters en het Hoofd OTB ben je verantwoordelijk voor het succesvol ondersteunen en begeleiden van nieuwe opleiders op weg naar hun ECOD-kwalificaties.

Je voert begeleidings-, voortgangs- en reflectiegesprekken, signaleert leerbehoeften en helpt opleiders om kritisch naar hun eigen handelen te kijken. Het doel is niet alleen het behalen van een kwalificatie, maar vooral het ontwikkelen van vakbekwame en didactisch sterke opleiders.

Uiteindelijk stoom je de opleiders klaar voor zelfstandige inzet binnen de Nationale Weerbaarheidstraining.

Voor deze functie beschik je minimaal over één van de volgende twee combinaties:

  • aantoonbare militaire ervaring én een bevoegdheid/graad als docent; of
  • de kwalificaties ECOD Opleider én ECOD Praktijkleermeester.

Daarnaast heb je ervaring of affiniteit met het begeleiden en coachen van opleiders. Je bent communicatief sterk, kunt goed observeren en weet jouw bevindingen om te zetten in concrete en bruikbare feedback.

Je weet structuur aan te brengen in leer- en ontwikkeltrajecten, zonder het menselijke aspect uit het oog te verliezen. Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar zoekt nadrukkelijk de samenwerking met de andere praktijkleermeesters en het Hoofd OTB.

Jouw bijdrage

Als OTB sta je dicht bij de opleider en de praktijk. Je begeleidt opleiders bij hun ontwikkeling, ondersteunt hen bij het behalen van hun ECOD-kwalificaties en helpt hen groeien in vakkennis, didactiek en zelfstandig functioneren.

Jouw doel: opleiders ontwikkelen tot vakbekwame, gekwalificeerde en zelfstandig inzetbare professionals binnen de Nationale Weerbaarheidstraining.
