Bij Triangular Group Academy leid je politie en veiligheidsprofessionals op in gevaar en geweldsbeheersing, zodat zij onder druk de juiste keuzes maken. Dit is de plek waar jouw IBT‑vakmanschap volledig tot zijn recht komt.

Wat ga je doen?

Als IBT‑docent binnen Triangular Group Academy geef je onderwijs in fysieke en mentale weerbaarheid, geweldsbeheersing, RTGP en de-escalatie. Je werkt samen met collega‑instructeurs, opleidingscoördinatoren en opdrachtgevers binnen het veiligheidsdomein. Je week bestaat uit lesgeven, scenario‑trainingen, evalueren en het door ontwikkelen van het IBT‑onderwijs.

  • Je geeft trainingen in gevaar- en geweldsbeheersing
  • Je verzorgt lessen RTGP, de-escalatie en optreden onder druk
  • Je instrueert in het gebruik van geweldsmiddelen binnen de geldende kaders
  • Je beoordeelt deelnemers tijdens realistische scenario’s en praktijktoetsen
  • Je ontwikkelt lesmateriaal, opdrachten en digitale leervormen
  • Je vertaalt actuele veiligheidsvraagstukken naar concrete oefensituaties
  • Je coacht deelnemers en collega‑instructeurs in professioneel en proportioneel handelen

Waar ga je werken?

Je werkt binnen Triangular Group Academy op één of meerdere opleidingslocaties in Nederland. De exacte locatie wordt afgestemd op jouw woonplaats en de lopende trajecten. De werkomgeving bestaat uit leslokalen, sportzalen, oefenruimtes en eventueel oefenterreinen. Daarnaast maak je gebruik van een digitale leeromgeving voor voorbereiding en nazorg.

Je maakt deel uit van een team IBT‑docenten met ervaring uit politie, defensie en andere veiligheidsorganisaties. Je valt onder een opleidingscoördinator of hoofd instructie, met wie je wekelijks afstemt over planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid. Overlegmomenten met collega‑docenten vinden meerdere keren per week plaats, zowel fysiek als digitaal.

Afhankelijk van de opdracht kunnen er avondtrainingen, onregelmatige diensten en reisbewegingen tussen locaties voorkomen. Bezoeken aan het hoofdkantoor in Heerle zijn incidenteel, bijvoorbeeld voor afstemming, scholing of teamdagen.

Welke skills neem je mee?

  • Je hebt recente ervaring als IBT‑instructeur
  • Je beschikt over een diploma Docent Gevaarbeheersing of SOG
  • Je hebt aantoonbare didactische vaardigheden
  • Je kunt werken met blended learning en digitale leerplatforms
  • Je begrijpt operationeel politiewerk en actuele veiligheidsvraagstukken
