Je weet hoe het voelt om jonge militairen te vormen, structuur te bieden en richting te geven op momenten die ertoe doen. Sinds je uit dienst bent, mis je misschien de saamhorigheid, het ritme en het werken met mensen die dezelfde standaarden hanteren. Dat coachen, corrigeren en begeleiden zit nog steeds in je systeem. In de Basis Opleiding Koninklijke Landmacht kun je dat vakmanschap opnieuw inzetten. Via Triangular Group geef je les aan aspirant‑militairen die hun eerste stappen binnen Defensie zetten.

Wat ga je doen?

De BOKL is een tienweekse opleiding waarin aspirant‑militairen worden voorbereid op hun functie binnen de Landmacht. Als opleider werk je op verschillende locaties en combineer je lesgeven in het lokaal met trainingen in het veld. Je begeleidt deelnemers in hun ontwikkeling en zorgt dat zij de basisvaardigheden beheersen die nodig zijn voor hun verdere loopbaan.

  • Je geeft les in militaire basisvaardigheden
  • Je begeleidt aspirant‑militairen tijdens dagtrainingen en meerdaagse oefeningen
  • Je coacht deelnemers in discipline, houding en professionele ontwikkeling
  • Je observeert voortgang en geeft duidelijke, toepasbare feedback
  • Je werkt samen met collega‑instructeurs aan een veilige en gestructureerde leeromgeving
  • Je ondersteunt deelnemers in hun eerste stappen binnen het militaire werkveld

Waar ga je werken?

Je werkt op een van de BOKL‑locaties: Ermelo, Assen, Vredepeel of Oirschot. De werkomgeving bestaat uit leslokalen, oefenterreinen en faciliteiten waar praktijkgericht leren centraal staat. Je werkt samen met instructeurs die zelf uit de operationele praktijk komen en die dezelfde normen en werkcultuur herkennen. Je valt onder de lokale opleidingsleiding, met wie je regelmatig afstemt over planning en voortgang. Overlegmomenten zijn gericht op uniformiteit, kwaliteit en het verbeteren van de opleiding. TG‑collega’s zijn op vrijwel alle locaties aanwezig. Bezoeken aan het hoofdkantoor in Heerle vinden incidenteel plaats.

Op dit moment zijn Vredepeel en Oirschot gevuld, maar je kunt wel je belangstelling tonen voor toekomstige inzet.

  • Je hebt affiniteit met en ervaring in lesgeven
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over SI‑kwalificaties
  • Je hebt aanvullende KI‑kwalificaties
  • Je verlangt terug naar de saamhorigheid en het ritme van het militaire werkveld
  • Je kunt jonge militairen effectief opleiden en begeleiden
