Je weet hoe het voelt om jonge militairen te vormen, richting te geven en verantwoordelijkheid te dragen voor hun ontwikkeling. Sinds je uit dienst bent, mis je misschien de structuur, de kameraadschap en het werken met mensen die dezelfde standaarden hanteren. Dat coachen, corrigeren en begeleiden zit nog steeds in je systeem. In de School Initiële Vorming Onderofficier kun je dat vakmanschap opnieuw inzetten. Via Triangular Group leid je aspirant‑onderofficieren op die hun eerste stappen zetten richting leiderschap binnen de Landmacht.

Wat ga je doen?

Als opleider SIVO verzorg je een intensieve 42‑weekse opleiding waarin leiderschap binnen Defensie centraal staat. Je begeleidt deelnemers tijdens de Algemene Militaire Opleiding en neemt hen vervolgens mee door de Algemene Kader Opleiding. Je combineert lesgeven, mentorschap en praktijktraining en bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor jouw groep.

  • Je begeleidt de AMO en ontwikkelt leiderschapskwaliteiten en militaire basisvaardigheden
  • Je verzorgt de AKO met onderwerpen zoals commandovoering, het leiderschapscircumplex en communicatietraining
  • Je leidt deelnemers op tot ECOD‑praktijkopleider
  • Je voert kamerinspecties uit, leidt het pelotonsappel en verzorgt de dag start
  • Je geeft theoretische en praktische lessen binnen het SIVO‑programma
  • Je springt flexibel bij wanneer collega‑instructeurs afwezig zijn
  • Je begeleidt deelnemers in hun professionele en persoonlijke ontwikkeling

Waar ga je werken?

Je werkt op een van de SIVO‑locaties: Ermelo, Assen of Oirschot. De werkomgeving bestaat uit leslokalen, oefenterreinen en faciliteiten waar praktijkgericht leren centraal staat. Je werkt samen met instructeurs die zelf uit de operationele praktijk komen en die dezelfde normen en werkcultuur herkennen.

Je valt onder de opleidingsleiding van de KMS, met wie je regelmatig afstemt over planning, voortgang en inhoud. Overlegmomenten zijn gericht op uniformiteit, kwaliteit en het verbeteren van het onderwijs. TG‑collega’s zijn op vrijwel alle locaties aanwezig. Je kunt tijdens het indienen van je CV aangeven welke locatie jouw voorkeur heeft.\

Welke skills neem je mee?

  • Je bent voormalig onderofficier bij de CLAS
  • Je bent een ervaren ECOD‑instructeur
  • Je bent maximaal tien jaar uit dienst
  • Je hebt kennis van AAW SEARCH, ZHKH/MARCH en CBRN
  • Je bent schietinstructeur op meerdere wapensystemen
  • Je hebt affiniteit met het opleiden van aspirant‑onderofficieren en beschikt over sterke didactische vaardigheden
