Dat trainen, corrigeren en begeleiden zit in je systeem net als het werken onder druk. Binnen de Defensie Bewakings‑ en Beveiligingsorganisatie (DBBO) kun jij jouw ervaring inzetten om militairen en burgers veilig, professioneel en met overtuiging te laten optreden. Via Triangular Group stap je in een omgeving waar jouw vakmanschap echt telt.

Wat ga je doen?

Als IBT‑docent train je personeel van DBBO in fysiek, mentaal en tactisch optreden. Je werkt samen met collega‑docenten, instructeurs en de opleidingscoördinatie. Je weken bestaan uit lesgeven, voorbereiden, evalueren en het verder ontwikkelen van het IBT‑onderwijs.

  • Je geeft trainingen in geweldsbeheersing en optreden onder druk
  • Je verzorgt lessen aanhoudingstechnieken en zelfverdediging
  • Je geeft wapen en geweldsinstructie, bij voorkeur op de Glock
  • Je beoordeelt vaardigheden tijdens scenario‑trainingen
  • Je ontwikkelt lesmateriaal en oefenvormen die aansluiten op DBBO richtlijnen
  • Je evalueert trainingen en bespreekt verbeterpunten met collega docenten
  • Je coacht minder ervaren instructeurs in didactiek en veiligheid

Waar ga je werken?

Je werkt op één van de DBBO‑locaties in Nederland. De exacte locatie wordt afgestemd op jouw woonplaats en beschikbaarheid. De werkomgeving bestaat uit leslokalen, sportzalen, schietfaciliteiten en oefenterreinen. Je werkt in een team van IBT‑docenten, vaak een mix van militairen, oud‑militairen en civiele instructeurs.

Je valt onder de IBT‑coördinator van de locatie, met wie je wekelijks afstemt over planning, leskwaliteit en veiligheid. Overlegmomenten met collega docenten vinden meerdere keren per week plaats, zowel fysiek als digitaal. TG collega’s zijn op diverse locaties aanwezig binnen andere opleidings- en ondersteunende rollen.

Afhankelijk van de locatie kunnen onregelmatige diensten, avondtrainingen of incidentele reisbewegingen voorkomen. Bezoeken aan het hoofdkantoor in Heerle zijn incidenteel, bijvoorbeeld voor scholing of afstemming.

Welke skills neem je mee?

  • Je bent gecertificeerd IBT‑docent (Politie, KMAR of Defensie)
  • Je hebt aantoonbare kennis van wet en regelgeving rondom geweldstoepassing
  • Je bent bevoegd wapeninstructeur, bij voorkeur op de Glock (met bc‑code)
  • Je beschikt over een uitstekende fysieke conditie
  • Je hebt sterke didactische en pedagogische vaardigheden
