Je begrijpt hoe belangrijk het is dat iemand met echte operationele ervaring hen meeneemt in het vak. Als jij jouw kennis wilt inzetten om nieuwe verpleegkundige onderofficieren te vormen, dan is dit de plek waar je dat op een herkenbare en geloofwaardige manier kunt doen. Wat ga je doen?

Na hun periode op de KMS volgen nieuwe verpleegkundige onderofficieren een 24‑weekse opleiding bij het DGOTC, verdeeld over vier modules: persoonlijke ontwikkeling, trauma, eerste lijns zorg en acute zorg. Als Opleider Verpleegkundige Onderofficieren begeleid je deze leerlingen binnen competentiegericht onderwijs. Je helpt hen groeien in verantwoordelijkheid, oordeelsvermogen, nauwkeurigheid, communicatie, initiatief en leervermogen. Je combineert jouw militaire achtergrond met pedagogische vaardigheden en zorgt voor duidelijke begeleiding, coaching en professionele vorming.

  • Je begeleidt leerlingen binnen competentiegericht onderwijs
  • Je koppelt militaire praktijkervaring aan didactische begeleiding
  • Je observeert, beoordeelt en coacht leerlingen in hun ontwikkeling
  • Je ondersteunt bij opdrachten, reflecties en praktijkvoorbereiding
  • Je creëert een veilige, gestructureerde en professionele leeromgeving
  • Je werkt samen met collega‑opleiders aan de kwaliteit van het programma

Waar ga je werken?

Je werkt binnen het DGOTC, waar theorie, praktijk en militaire vorming samenkomen. De werkomgeving bestaat uit lesruimtes, praktijkfaciliteiten en oefenomgevingen waar leerlingen hun vaardigheden ontwikkelen. Je werkt samen met instructeurs en zorgprofessionals met een militaire achtergrond. Overlegmomenten zijn gericht op uniformiteit, kwaliteit en het verbeteren van het opleidingsprogramma. TG‑collega’s zijn op meerdere momenten aanwezig. Bezoeken aan het hoofdkantoor in Heerle vinden incidenteel plaats.

Welke skills neem je mee?

  • Je bent BIG‑geregistreerd
  • Je hebt ervaring als AMV binnen CLAS of CLSK
  • Je hebt relevante operationele ervaring binnen de militaire context (max. vijf jaar oud)
  • Je kunt jouw militaire ervaring vertalen naar een didactische setting
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en betrokken bij de ontwikkeling van leerlingen
  • Je kunt coachen, begeleiden en duidelijk sturen in een intensieve leeromgeving

Mooi meegenomen (pré)

  • Aantoonbare ervaring in didactiek of het begeleiden van leerlingen/cursisten
  • Ervaring met competentiegericht onderwijs
  • Affiniteit met opleidingsontwikkeling binnen het militaire zorgdomein
