Dat uitleggen, begeleiden en verantwoordelijkheid nemen zit nog steeds in je systeem. Binnen de NLD Air Ground Operations School kun je dat vakmanschap opnieuw inzetten. Via Triangular Group draag je bij aan het opleiden van militairen die dagelijks werken met helikopters en 3D‑operaties.

Wat ga je doen?

Binnen de Air Mobility Instruction Group (AMIG) — het expertisecentrum voor helikopteroperaties — leid je militairen op in cruciale vaardigheden zoals Landing Point Finder (LPF), Landing Point Commander (LPC), Heli‑Handling Instructor (HHI) en diverse heli‑in/uitstijgmethodes zoals fastroping. Je vertaalt jouw operationele ervaring naar realistische, veilige en toepasbare instructie en vergroot direct de inzetbaarheid van eenheden die afhankelijk zijn van luchtmobiliteit.

  • Je verzorgt opleidingen binnen het LPF‑, LPC‑ en HHI‑domein
  • Je traint militairen in heli‑procedures, terreinbeoordeling en veiligheid
  • Je begeleidt praktijkoefeningen en bewaakt structuur en risicobeheersing
  • Je werkt samen met specialisten binnen AMIG aan het verbeteren van het lesprogramma
  • Je draagt bij aan kennisontwikkeling binnen het Nederlandse heli‑domein

Waar ga je werken?

Je werkt binnen de NLD Air Ground Operations School, waar luchtmobiele en helikoptergerelateerde opleidingen samenkomen. De werkomgeving bestaat uit lesruimtes, oefenterreinen en locaties waar helikopterprocedures realistisch kunnen worden getraind. Je werkt samen met instructeurs die zelf ervaring hebben binnen LMB, SOF, Mariniers, Marine of het DHC. Je stemt regelmatig af met een opleidingscoördinator over planning, voortgang en kwaliteit. Overlegmomenten zijn gericht op uniformiteit, veiligheid en het doorontwikkelen van het opleidingsprogramma. TG‑collega’s zijn op meerdere momenten aanwezig. Bezoeken aan het hoofdkantoor in Heerle vinden incidenteel plaats.

Welke skills neem je mee?

  • Je hebt minimaal de LPF‑kwalificatie
  • Je hebt ruime ervaring binnen het Nederlandse heli‑domein
  • Je bent fysiek in goede gezondheid en kunt werken in een dynamische omgeving
  • Je hebt ervaring als praktijkopleider of instructeur
  • Je communiceert helder, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Je hebt een achtergrond binnen het veiligheidsdomein
