Misschien mis je nu de structuur, de kameraadschap en het trainen van collega’s die dezelfde standaarden hanteren. Dat uitleggen en begeleiden zit nog steeds in je systeem. Binnen de Schiet Training school kun je dat vakmanschap opnieuw inzetten.

Wat ga je doen?

De Schiet Training school van het OTCMan verzorgt vaktechnische opleidingen voor diverse wapensystemen en schietbaanfunctionarissen. Binnen de Instructiegroep HSI/GSI geef je opleidingen op het niveau HSI‑1 en HSI‑2+. Afhankelijk van jouw achtergrond wordt bepaald welke lessen je direct kunt verzorgen en waar je verder in wordt opgeleid.

  • Je verzorgt lessen binnen de HSI‑1 en HSI‑2+/GSI en HSI-OVG opleidingen
  • Je leidt militairen op tot baancommandant en hoofdschietinstructeur
  • Je geeft instructie in procedures, veiligheid en uitvoering
  • Je begeleidt praktijkoefeningen en bewaakt structuur en veiligheid
  • Je werkt samen met collega‑instructeurs binnen de IG HSI/GSI
  • Je levert inhoudelijke expertise bij doorontwikkeling van het lesprogramma

Waar ga je werken?

Je werkt binnen de Instructiegroep HSI/GSI van de Schiet Training school, onderdeel van het OTCMan. De werkomgeving bestaat uit schietbanen, oefenterreinen, lesruimtes en voertuigen uitgerust met verschillende wapensystemen.

Je werkt samen met instructeurs die zelf ruime ervaring hebben op diverse wapens en die dezelfde normen en werkcultuur herkennen. Je stemt regelmatig af met een opleidingscoördinator over planning, inhoud en voortgang. Overlegmomenten zijn gericht op uniformiteit, veiligheid en het verbeteren van het opleidingsprogramma. TG‑collega’s zijn op meerdere momenten aanwezig. Bezoeken aan het hoofdkantoor in Heerle vinden incidenteel plaats.

Welke skills neem je mee?

  • Je hebt gewerkt als onderofficier bij Defensie
  • Je beschikt over HSI‑kwalificaties (SI‑Basis, HSI‑1, HSI/BC‑2+)
  • Je hebt aantoonbare instructievaardigheden
  • Je hebt ruime ervaring met diverse KKW‑systemen
  • Je voelt je thuis in een opleidersrol binnen een militair team
