Je weet hoe het is om te werken in een omgeving waar discipline, structuur en fysieke en mentale weerbaarheid centraal staan. Misschien mis je nu het werken met jonge mensen die aan het begin staan van hun militaire ontwikkeling. In deze rol kun je jouw ervaring opnieuw inzetten en direct bijdragen aan de vorming van deelnemers die een intensief militair basistraject doorlopen. Via Triangular Group draag je bij aan hun groei, hun houding en hun vakmanschap. Deze functie is flexibel in te vullen tussen de 24 en 38 uur per week, passend bij wat voor jou werkt.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Opleider binnen de Nationale Weerbaarheidstraining (NWT) geef je jouw militaire kennis en ervaring door aan deelnemers in een intensief traject van tien weken. Je werkt binnen een opleidingspeloton en creëert een veilige, duidelijke en uitdagende leeromgeving. Je verzorgt trainingen in basisvaardigheden zoals kaartlezen, militaire gedragsregels, wapenleer, mentale weerbaarheid en fysieke training. Daarnaast begeleid je deelnemers in hun persoonlijke ontwikkeling en help je hen groeien in houding, discipline en zelfvertrouwen.

  • Je verzorgt praktijk- en theorielessen binnen het militair basiskader
  • Je traint deelnemers in fysieke, mentale en militaire basisvaardigheden
  • Je begeleidt deelnemers in hun persoonlijke ontwikkeling en houding
  • Je observeert, corrigeert en coacht op uitvoering, discipline en inzet
  • Je werkt binnen een opleidingspeloton waar samenwerking en structuur centraal staan
  • Je draagt bij aan een veilige en professionele leeromgeving

Waar ga je werken?

Je werkt binnen de Nationale Weerbaarheidstraining vanuit Amsterdam, waar deelnemers gedurende tien weken worden voorbereid op een mogelijke toekomst binnen Defensie. De werkomgeving bestaat uit lesruimtes, buitenterreinen en oefenfaciliteiten waar theorie en praktijk samenkomen. Je werkt samen met collega‑opleiders met een militaire achtergrond. Overlegmomenten zijn gericht op uniformiteit, veiligheid en het verbeteren van het opleidingsprogramma. Bezoeken aan het hoofdkantoor in Heerle vinden plaats wanneer nodig voor afstemming of ondersteuning.

Welke skills neem je mee?

  • Je bent oud‑militair met de rang van onderofficier of korporaal met OLK/OPG
  • Je hebt aantoonbare affiniteit met coachen, begeleiden en didactiek
  • Je hebt een mensgerichte houding en de drive om anderen te helpen groeien
  • Je kunt duidelijk communiceren en optreden in een opleidingssetting
  • Je functioneert goed binnen een team in een dynamische militaire omgeving

Mooi meegenomen:

  • Kwalificaties zoals schietinstructeur, ECOD Praktijkopleider (POL), AIB
  • Didactische bevoegdheid of civiele onderwijs‑ of opleidingscertificaten
  • Ervaring met het begeleiden van groepen in een militair of opleidingskader
