Als Corporate Recruiter beheer jij het volledige recruitmentproces, van intake tot en met het tekenen van het contract. Je vertaalt vacatures naar duidelijke zoekprofielen en gaat actief op zoek naar geschikte kandidaten via LinkedIn en andere platforms. Jij schrijft en optimaliseert wervende vacatureteksten en bouwt talentpools op in het ATS.

Een gemiddelde werkdag bestaat uit het sourcen van kandidaten, selecteren en voeren van gesprekken, en het begeleiden van kandidaten doorheen het hele proces. Je werkt nauw samen met hiring managers en zorgt voor een snelle en kwalitatieve candidate journey. Je analyseert data en marktinzichten om het recruitmentproces continu te verbeteren.

  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in recruitment of talent acquisition
  • Ervaring met sourcing en het proactief benaderen van kandidaten
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel in het Nederlands als Engels
  • Resultaatgericht en accuraat werken
  • Minimaal graduaat werk- en denkniveau (professionele bachelor of hoger)
  • Ervaring met ATS-systemen is een pluspunt
