Wat ga je doen

Als Recruiter ben je de motor achter het ons wervingsproces van A tot Z en leer je het vak on the job. Samen met je collega-recruiters en het HR-team zorg je dat de beste talenten bij de Verdi Groep terecht komen.

Je:

  • schrijft pakkende vacatureteksten en zet ze slim in de markt.
  • zoekt actief naar kandidaten en weet ze enthousiast te maken voor Verdi Groep.
  • voert gesprekken en begeleidt kandidaten door het proces.
  • schakelt met leidinggevenden over voortgang.
  • denkt mee over hoe we onze employer branding nog sterker kunnen maken.

Kortom: jij brengt mensen en kansen bij elkaar.

Wat wij bieden

  • Een baan van 32 - 40 uur waarin je snel leert en kunt doorgroeien.
  • Salaris tussen € 2.800 en € 4.200, o.b.v. een 40-urige werkweek en afhankelijk van ervaring.

Wat jij meebrengt

Je hebt een open houding, stelt vragen en vindt het leuk om mensen te leren kennen.

Verder:

  • HBO-opleiding of vergelijkbaar niveau.
  • Minimaal 1 jaar recruitment ervaring.
  • Communicatief sterk, nieuwsgierig en resultaatgericht.
  • Je denkt niet in problemen maar in oplossingen.
