Nossa área de Governança de Cadastros (Excelência Operacional) vive um momento de forte evolução, e buscamos um(a) Analista de Cadastro Pleno para estruturar a política de cadastro da empresa e garantir qualidade, padrão e rastreabilidade do dado mestre no ERP Sankhya.

Responsabilidades e atribuições:

  • Cadastrar, alterar, bloquear e inativar produtos, parceiros e estruturas de produto/ficha técnica no ERP Sankhya;
  • Estruturar e implementar a política de cadastro da empresa (nomenclatura, codificação, campos obrigatórios e matriz de responsabilidades);
  • Operar e controlar o fluxo de solicitação, validação, aprovação e efetivação de cadastro, com SLA e registro de alterações;
  • Conduzir o saneamento da base cadastral por ondas priorizadas, tratando a causa raiz dos erros;
  • Preparar, carregar e validar o dado mestre de projetos estratégicos (reimplantação do Sankhya, MRP, WMS);
  • Definir, apurar e reportar indicadores de qualidade de cadastro;
  • Auditar amostras periódicas de cadastro e acionar as áreas responsáveis pela correção;
  • Treinar e orientar as áreas solicitantes sobre o padrão de cadastro, atuando como ponto focal do dado mestre.

Requisitos e qualificações:

Ensino superior completo em Administração, Engenharia de Produção, Ciências Contábeis, TI, Logística, Gestão da Qualidade ou áreas correlatas.

Proficiência em cadastro e parametrização no ERP Sankhya.

Excel em nível intermediário (procura, tabela dinâmica, tratamento de base em volume).

Conhecimento em SQL, experiência em implantação de ERP e vivência em indústria de alimentos, suplementos ou farmacêutica são diferenciais.
